Cartina might be a smaller auto dealership, but they are by far the most professional, honest and easy-going of any I have dealt with over 30 years. The vehicle I purchased was a great car at an honest price. My discussions with the sales rep was no pressure and straight forward. In a phrase, they are honest and customer driven. That is all that needs to be said for me to recommend them to any potential buyer.

I got a 2015 a4 S-line and i couldn’t recommend it more it’s a great daily with exceptional power to get you where ever with great gas mileage and if you wanna tune or upgrade the look the after market customization is great for these cars im currently on Stage 1 Map 2 Intergrated Engineering and i love it it gives you more speed and pep and definitely more torque i got it to 282hp 360ish Tq and i got a couple bolt on mods. THIS CAR WILL LAST YOU WELL OVER 200K MILES IF TREATED PROPERLY AND MAINTAINED, Only thing i can complain about is the outdated interior i get it’s a 2015 but the interior is the same on there 2008-2012 models i wish they changed that and other than that i love the car!

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

Very nice upscale vehicle. Bought as a previously 2 yr leased auto, avoiding new car price and immediate depreciation. V-6 engine has no hesitation and quietness is excellent. My only two negatives are lack of storage for incidentals and a bit quirky audio that may reset from time to time ( must wait for it to go through a cycle). It has a mind of its own. Overall, excellent vehicle.

Love the car only had a coolant pump issue but ever since it's been smooth sailing. The car is gorgeous and incredibly comfortable with beautifully designed interiors. I've drive both the Mercedes c43 Amg and the bmw 340i which I think are this car's competition and I'd still have this as my overall pic.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

A welcoming environment and friendly, respectful and professional treatment is what I experienced on my first visit to Westshore Honda, located at 2522 N Dale Mabry Hwy, where I was impressed by the salesman Jeremy Rodriguez whose treatment went beyond the simple negotiation for the sale of a car, being kind, patient and attentive to my requirements and questions but also helped me solve a problem with the battery in the service department, where by the way I was also treated with courtesy and respect, achieving that the negotiation was to my complete satisfaction. Impossible to say less about the financial manager Mr. Jonathan Martinez whose role in the successful acquisition of the Honda Accord was decisive. His patience and versatility in finding solutions leave no doubt about his experience in good customer service achieving the financing of the car within the framework of my expectations. This was the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. My sales associate AJ, was truly an expert on not only the vehicle that he showed me, but on the company as a whole. He was able to demonstrate how to use all the fancy safety features and explain what they did, and answer any questions I had with confidence. He was so friendly with both my daughters, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. AJ was very open and honest about all the different dealership fees that would add on to the total purchase price, and explained what they all were. He was quick to respond to any messages, and did a great job of keeping my needs and wants for the vehicle in mind when showing me different options. They gave me a good offer on my trade in, even though it was less than I owed on the vehicle. He and his manager Paul were even willing to come up on the trade in offer, but my vehicle has a bad accident from the previous owner on the carfax. Paul explained his reasoning for the offer which came directly from KBB (another dealership tried to offer me $2000 less with no rhyme or reason). I know dealership fees can be frustrating, but I think the fees at Volkswagen Brandon are fair compared to other dealerships in the area. AJ did definitely do his job as a car salesman and try to upset me, offering me finance options for New vehicles, but was completely respectful when I told him we weren't interested in financing or a new vehicle. He didn't keep pushing, instead focusing on trying to get me in a vehicle that fit our budget and that I loved. I absolutely adore my new 2023 Tiguan, and I 100% recommend Volkswagen Brandon for your vehicle needs.

The car I purchased exceeded my expectations, the interior is spectacular and the lights are amazing. Spencer does a very good job at the front and has always been a big help, 10/10 would recommend.

The salesmen that helped me was really nice and had good customer service experience. I was not interested though in the car.

Had a great experience!! Negotiated on Saturday on the phone with Metin, he opened up on Sunday to let me test drive and then finalize a deal, since he knew I was coming up from Miami. Would definitely recommend and go back.

The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

Had a great experience today thanks to Brad Davis. Things did not start out the way we were expecting but he worked extraordinarily hard for us while treating us with the utmost respect the whole time. Thanks to him our experience turned around and I would highly recommend him and the dealership if you’re in the market for a new vehicle.

Quattro holds the corners like no other car I have driven hard! 2.0T tuned to 300hp with a manual transmission is just fun. No deed to get the S model. But may want the avant wagon A4 for the family or even A6.

The nice thing about working with this dealership was we were able to negotiate everything over the phone and that way we could go pick up the car and everything was prepared and ready and we were in and out of there in no time

My score was so so but they still got me a good rate. Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Extremely pleased with all the staff and quality of the vehicles. Very honest and transparent. We even got to meet the owner which was nice to know he’s involved with all his clients. 100% recommend!

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.
