Jon is the best salesman I have ever worked with when buying a vehicle. I have had good experiences at Tony in the past with both a Passat TDI wagon and a Jetta TDI wagon. Fair, honest, no pressure, no back and forth. It was almost unbelievable. Jon explained the CPO warranty, road service, and features of the car in a clear and direct manner. I would definitely recommend Jon and will ask for him by name every time I come to Tony. Thank you Jon! You are truly a cut above.
The moment I stopped by here, I was not really planning to buy a car. However, EJ was really helpful and persuasive. EJ tried to get what I wanted and he was successful to get me the perfect car I wanted.
And the atmosphere in the dealer shop was friendly. People were kind and EJ and one of people there even asked me to have some sushi, probably that was about time they had a lunch together.
At the end of conversation and procedure, I finally decided to buy a car, my new Passat there. And I am sure I will recommend this place to my friend, and I will probably stop by when I want to change my car in the future.
Jessica is awesome! She is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. The day I came in , she was the only one working the intake desk. She handled all the customers and more! I wish someone had stepped up to handle the next person in line (kind of like they do in the stores when lines are long). Not that Jessica couldn't handle it-it was that she shouldn't have to handle it on a Saturday when there are more people coming in for service.

My wife and I arrived at the dealership and were pleasantly met by Mathew. After a long search for the perfect used mini, we ended up test driving and purchasing, for a great price, a pepper white Mini Cooper S. Two days after our purchase, while washing our car, we noticed over-spray on parts of the rear bumper fenders which indicated the car had been repaired at some point. We contacted the dealership and Anthony, the manager, asked for us to bring in the vehicle for a closer look. After further inspection, Anthony acknowledged the less than ideal repair and offered us a replacement bumper. Once the bumper Is painted and replaced, my wife and I will have a practically brand new vehicle! My wife and I were very happy with the whole outcome of our situation. Great management and service at this dealership will definitely have my wife and I making future purchases. Thanks again to both Anthony and Mathew at Mini of Hawaii!!

From my first calls to Mariah at the dealer ship and subsequent contact wth Maureen, an Marie all of whom were most helpful and professional, in attracting me to Autosource in Oahu. They even picked me up from the airport and took me to the dealership and later back to my hotel was above and beyond what I expected, and I had my reservations about used car sales persons. There was no hard sell , and had their mechanic , Dennis come out to answer any concerns I had about the '99 Porsche Boxster I was thinking of purchasing. After the test drive , I met Rima , the owner, who was very professional and friendly, and did not try any high pressure sales pitch to push me into buying my first Porsche . I finally made the cash purchase, and the car would be shipped to me , along wth two new rear tires and all the documentation taken care of by them. Overall , I had a great experience with Autosource ( contrary to some of the negative reviews I read) and I'm happy with my new car. Their follow up service in sendiding a second key and the wheel caps and paperwork was done in a timely manner. They made getting my dream car pleasant and easy!
I walked in looking to purchase a BMW and had a great experience with Rima and his employees. The fact that the owner is part of his team and is present to assist me was a big deal, and something I really appreciate because it says a lot about his company and dedication. Their indoor showroom and great selection of luxury and sport cars to choose from is perfect and maintained properly and clean. I picked the M3 I wanted and sealed the deal. This is my second experience at AutoSource and I enjoy buying from them because I don't feel pressured to buy and they give me options with proper advice to back up their prices and info. ny BMW was detailed and filled up on fuel for delivery as promised. And if you don't buy a car from them, at least get to know Rima because he knows what he is doing and can give you advice whether you buy from him or not. I am a happy buyer :)
They have so many luxury cars that was already hooked up and the only thing you have to do is drive it home. I purchased my Benz there and so far so good. The only thing took long was to get an answer for the monthly payment to the finance guy. But we made it deal and I'm happy.
