Took my car to Ziegler Maseratti in Schaumburg multiple times! They had my car for a total of two months! Same problem persisted even though I told them what to look at! Took it to Glenview ONCE ...they had it properly diagnosed the next day! Parts took forever but that's the european exotics experience lol. Gary in service is awesome to work with! Would HIGHLY recommend you stay away from Ziegler Masi and would HIGHLY recommend you use Glenview!

I made an appointment on line. When I arrived they had a loaner full of gas waiting for me. Then when I picked up my Bentley it looked brand new again. That is what I call "THE LUXURY EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!!"

Very comfortable with all the creature comforts. Bought the Maserati Levante at 1/3 the cost. Will look at 3 year old Bentaygas in 2020 when they are around $120K at that price, they are worth it. Let someone else take the $180K+ depreciation hit. Wow!

Had a very good experience working with Sebastian. Got a fair price. Had an issue right away with the Honda Odyssey. Engine light went on but the problem was solved immediately. Turned out the oil was a little low. It was a used car. Machines are never perfect and almost anything can be fixed.

The service manager was very helpful. I dropped off at 10 am and my Lamborghini was ready for pick up 3 pm the same day.

I contacted the dealership for a Flying Spur that I was Interested in. The sales manager, Saleem Beg contacted me promptly to send my all the information on the vehicle. He was very professional and helped out a lot in getting numbers to me in minutes. I couldn't come to the city to do a test drive, Saleem offered that someone can bring the car to my home which was a very generous offer. This car is so smooth and quiet I forget many times that it is moving. I'm glad I went for it rather than a typical American or Japanese car. I see all the looks my new Bentley gets and feel I'm lucky to be filthy rich enough to afford this car at such a young age.
