An apology letter to Domani Dealership. I had read negative comments and I believed it was about Domani when in fact it was another dealership. Please accept this letter of apology on my behalf. I should have looked closer. Although I never published my comments I made a mistake and all I have read about this dealership is excellent comments.

I have owned two Bentleys, both purchased for my wife. My Continental was a good car but not a great one in my opinion. It had a few electrical problems that were inexcusable in a car of this caliber.
All in all, my 2008 Cadillac STS-V is a better, faster, more reliable car at one-third the price and I will never sell it.
My wife drove the Bentley and after two years, I sold it and bought her a Ferrari Superamerica and she has been happy with that.
I had been shopping for a pre-owned S550 for quite some time and came across one that caught my attention on Excel Auto's website. I had only seen the dealership when I drove by in Boca but never went in to take a look nor had I known anyone who had bought a car there. I am so glad I gave them a shot. From the moment I walked in I was greeted politely. The customer service and knowledge of the staff was great. I can't stand a pushy or cheesy car salesman and they were far from it. Long story short, I purchased the car, got a great deal and will be back for my next car just because of their customer service and honesty. Thank you Excel Auto

I test drove this car for 30 minutes, so keep this in mind. I own two Lexus and they are absolutely great cars, however I felt it might be the time to buy a Bentley. The looks are very subjective. I was disappointed in the leather interior as I like the leather in my Lexus better. The visors are cheap! The gauges are good, however I like the dash of my Lexus better. Most of all, I didn't like the ride. I drove the "speed" model. It was very noisy, felt and heard every defect in the road and going over a bump, it shook. The brakes were very mushy but the sales rep told me that's the way they are. In speaking with Bentley owners I learned they are finicky, and require very costly maintenance. When spending six figures, I cannot accept the inconvenience and expense of frequent repairs. I was mentally and financially ready to buy a Bentley and was disappointed, however I have new respect for my two Lexus.
We have been doing business with Presidential since 1997, and have purchased 10 cars over the years from them. They make buying a car a privilege, not a game. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from Presidential, any make, model or year.

Would have never thought that the 2007 Bentley continental flying spur would be so spacious! This BEAST is the most comfy car..bought mine for about $135,000 back in 2008, have no regrets. the only downside to this car is the front driver and passenger cup holders, they are hard to reach! Love the rear refrigerator and picnic tables!!!
This was always one of the cars on my bucket list so as of last year I purchased my 2008 Continental GT. I love everything about the car other than the cost of maintaining it in the last year I have probably spent close to $5,000. But when you buy the high-end pre-owned car you have to expect that

I have to admit this is by far one of the best cars i've bought this year.I mean I have people just looking in amazement while Iam at the red light or just stuck in traffic its handles so WOUNDERFULL well all I have to say is it was the best $250k well spent.
Stacy was my service advisor for 2018 SL I’ve had for one year. Service was complete, car wash and all, in one and a half hours. Very efficient and cordial experience.
Rust on 2007 GT

I love my 2007 Bentley GT. Recently I found a rust spot at the edge of the rear window. I brought it to a Bentley certified repair shop who told me this is the second 2007 GT with rust at the same spot. A $200,000 car should not rust after 7 years, when kept polished and garaged. During the three weeks of repair, Bentley was asked to cover the $6200 cost. Initially they said no, but when they learned I also have a Bentley Flying Spur, they agreed to reimburse me. It's been over 10 weeks and no reimbursement. I called them and they refused to discuss it. With a very small client list, I'm amazed at their aloof attitude. I'll not buy the 2014 GT that I had my eye on, and will no longer buy Bentleys. If you own a 2007 GT, check the edge of the rear window for rusting.
I own a 2004 GT that is the most fun to drive vehicle I have ever owned. I had an electrical problem and a window motor go out, but other than that it is a dream car for me. I will own another Bentley.
First rate experience throughout. The CPO vehicle was in very good shape with low miles and Nicole Stem , the sales person was first rate???well informed, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with, as was her manager involved in my transaction.

I did not fall in love with this car until I drove it a few times. I owned Porsches, Audi, but the 2011 GTC Bentley gives a feeling you just don't get with other vehicles and is indescribable. Its like the gas peddle melts into butter, 600HSP all the power you will ever need.
Joe Porco is a real pleasure to deal with. He is professional, courteous and services customers way beyond the point of sale. We have been with him for nearly a decade, and it is a pleasure to come to him.
I had the pleasure of working with Michael King at Marino PM for a recent trade in and purchase. I live in NJ and Marino is in Florida which made me a bit nervous until Michael told me what a large internet business they have and that they ship cars all over the country.
I sent them pictures of my old car and they valued the trade correctly from the get go. That has never happened to me before without going back and forth with the manager and having all the games played that we have all come to think is normal business. Well, it is not. Marino did NONE of that. They made it clear to me that they wanted to build a long term relationship with me and not just make a sale. Then backed that up by making this transaction as stress free and easy as possible.
Michael not only paid for the shipping for the trade and car I bought in a covered flat bed truck but they organized the whole thing, followed up with the trucking company and kept me informed the whole way.
Michael and Marino earned a long term customer and I cant wait to tell my friends about my new friends in Florida when they need a high end car
