I made an appointment on line. When I arrived they had a loaner full of gas waiting for me. Then when I picked up my Bentley it looked brand new again. That is what I call "THE LUXURY EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!!"

The service manager was very helpful. I dropped off at 10 am and my Lamborghini was ready for pick up 3 pm the same day.

The build quality is clearly above your typical mass-produced luxury sedans. Did I mention the endless power? The vehicle has a very comfortable ride, but very responsive steering. I am showing a 5 Star reliability rating, but only time will tell.

Dealt with Jimmy at the dealership. Was there to see a certain car, and upon arrival, was given a detailed inspection and keys to test drive the vehicle. Unfortunately, we did not leave the lot with the car we went in to see. Jimmy showed us multiple other vehicles, and we left with a good deal. Found some issues with the used car we purchased through the first couple weeks. Luxury Auto was very good at making sure these issues were resolved fast and properly. This bentley is better then all other high end luxury cars such as Rolls-Royce, Maybach, bmw , ect because the car itself was not made with anything low class or cheap ive own all 3 of the other high end cars and. A few more but i cant get over how good a used one was so i went to lease a 2017 and it was 10x better then the 2011 model and best part about it was. You can go and add more packages to the old or new cars without so much hassle the comfort of this car is better than anything you will ride in this car made me break the lease on my Rolls-Royce and sell Ashton martin db9. To go buy all bentleys their not cheap because they do it the best and have more years doing it.
