Smoothest and most professional car buying experience I have had over the years. The dealership was transparent as to the pros and cons of the vehicles I was interested in. The sales person made it clear she was not paid on commission and so I knew her input was not motivated to sell me a higher priced vehicle for her self interest. The sales person was a true professional from the very beginning.

the experience with gebhardt bmw was one of the best I have ever had with a dealership I had some credit issues but Jc Mullen (salesman) was an amazing person to work with he worked his fingers to the bone and it took about a week and a half but he managed to get it done for me all through phone calls and text messages I live about 240 miles from them and could not just run over there and figure it out but Jc got it done when I got to the dealership to pick up my new ride Jc was waiting with a handshake and paperwork ready to sign I then went to the finance managers office to finalize the deal and when going over the numbers I noticed there was some numbers that were not what I was quoted (keep reading) the original quote was for $164 a month when I went to sign the paperwork the new monthly payment was $147.99 a month I wasn't complaining but did ask why and was told "well is that a bad thing " and we had a laugh as I said no not at all they had found me a better interest rate from when I got approved to when I got to the dealership like I said all in all one of the best dealings with a dealership I have ever had truly a standup place with great people to deal with

I?m not sure how I didn?t notice the air compressor during the test drive but regardless, I bought the car and I do love it so far! To be fair Alex did mention a noise from the AC but again I didn?t hear it during the test drive.

Most dealers do not extend that range as it lowers prices. The company doesn’t take advantage of the current chip / auto storage. Their ethical business practices are reliable. They are cultivating clients, which is unheard of in the current used car climate of Northern Colorado. Tony Rocha is one of the finest and diligent salespersons I have ever worked with. He responded to my Cars.com evening inquiry the very next morning before the dealership was open.
