BMW of Houston North review
Everyone who worked with me was phenomenal, especially the sales respresentive, Mike Russo. He was patient, diligent, hard-working, and very kind. I would not be in this gorgeous new BMW if it weren't for his excellent salesmanship. The general manager was attentive and professional. The financial department was quick, efficient, and personable during signing. When I arrived for my appointment, the car was impeccably detailed and waiting in the glass-encased parking spot donned with a red bow. Wonderful experience. Even with a 3 1/2 hour commute to this dealership, I will be back and recommending BMW of North Houston to others.

2021 BMW 230 review
BMW 230i with MSport, non-runflat performance tires. Mine, a factory order, was one of the last imported into the U.S. with a manual transmission. The car is fun to drive, is a nimble handler and the engine performance is strong. The weakest link, well documented, is the electrically assisted power steering, which lacks the feedback of the older hydraulic systems. The car is a great long distance cruiser, with the cockpit a comfortable office for long drives. Also a real pleasure on winding and undulating Pennsylvania back roads. The seats are comfortable and supportive, the interior quality high.

I had a wonderful experience with the BMW service department! The entire team was efficient, quick, and worked so well together to get my car taken care of. A special thank-you to Mr. Bryant, who went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. He did an outstanding job getting the necessary authorizations, arranging for the parts, and making sure my repairs and tire were handled as quickly as possible so I could get back into my own car. I truly appreciated his professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication throughout the process. Mr. Bryant is a tremendous asset to the service department. His care and follow-through made all the difference, and I?m so grateful for his help. Thank you to him and the entire team for providing such exceptional service!

I purchased my 2019 Chevy Colorado from them last summer... Great Experience absolutely love my truck.. Their preowned inventory is well kept and organized .
2019 BMW 230 review
The BMW 230i x-drive is the car that they should have been making throughout the years. My first BMW was a 1969 2002 which I loved for its sportiness. After they discontinued those cars and started making bigger and bigger vehicles, I lost interest until I test drove a 228i in 2016 and bought it. Loved that car, but wanted some of the safety features in the new 230i especially the LED headlights(the halogens on the 228i were not sufficient).

BMW of West HoustonReviews
BMW of West Houston review
I recently purchased a 2024 BMW X7 from the new BMW of West Houston location, and the entire experience was world-class. From the moment I walked into their impressive new facility, I knew I was in the right place. A huge thank you to my Client Specialist, Tommy Luk. Tommy is professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process seamless. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and ensured that the delivery of my X7 was perfect. It is clear that he truly cares about his clients and the BMW brand. If you are looking for a new BMW or a high-quality Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, I highly recommend visiting this new location and asking for Tommy Luk. You won’t be disappointed. Five stars all the way!

Lexus of Southwest Houston review
Very pleasant experience. My service advisor, Kevin Bayer, was very communicative about what my car needed, explaining it very well. I appreciate and trust his advice. He is also very kind and considerate. To add to the pleasantness of the visit I was provided a loaner car so that I could attend a meeting while my car was being serviced.

Their facility is clean, sales agent (Donavan Rene) is nice & responsive, but had so much misunderstanding on paperwork that we ended up spending a night in Houston. But the dealership paid for our hotel stay and uber. I?ll give them that. They?re worth giving a second chance.
