Charles did an excellent job keeping me informed throughout the process. He clearly explained how my service needs would be addressed and walked me through the warranty process. He was also considerate of how unexpected delays affected my daily routine. As soon as a loaner vehicle became available, he contacted me promptly. I truly appreciate his communication, professionalism, and consideration throughout the experience.

BMW of Houston MidtownReviews
BMW of Houston Midtown review
Lourdes ?Lulu? in the service department is the reason I?m a BMW buyer. Her level of care and professionalism is what sold me on the brand and on Advantage BMW Midtown. Every time I bring in my M4, she?s warm, organized, and genuinely invested in making sure everything is handled right. She explains what?s going on with the car clearly, keeps me updated throughout, and follows through on everything she promises. Great service is what keeps people loyal, and Lulu is the definition of it. She makes every visit easy and stress-free, and I wouldn?t take my car anywhere else. If you?re coming in for service, ask for Lulu. Advantage BMW Midtown is lucky to have her!

Great on line communication. Ended up purchasing closer to home. Their Tundra’s were priced at a good price.
2016 BMW 435 review
Pros: - hardtop convertible is perfect - excellent engine, steering, suspension, and brakes - fantastic options like HUD, warm-air neck vents, 360 parking view - they got the looks right, this car turns heads Cons: - trunk space/access could be easier, but honestly it's better than 90% of convertibles - should have been offered with a manual transmission

Went to this Carmax off of an advertised vehicle. Vehcile was as advertised with no hidden charges or add-ons. We wanted to look at others and the salesperson walked us through all available vehicles. We ended up wanting to see one at another Carmax They set up arrangeents and we went to the other Carmax and purchased that vehicle. Both dealerships were very helpful and courteous. Price was better than other dealerships and there was no haggling. Actually a very easy buying process. I have not found a better price at ay other dealership in the area.

Eagle Automotives review
They were attentive. Sara if I remember correctly. But I sill don't know if it was a misprint or if the car is an automatic?
2015 BMW 435 review
Perfect car for empty nesters that like to travel. No problems ever, enjoy the engine’s power and smoothness. Great roadholding but if you drive it in the snow - invest in snow tires!

The Car ConnectionReviews
The Car Connection review
I can’t recommend this place enough. It was my son’s first auto purchase. We went in with our guard up, and quickly put it down once we realized that the staff were very professional and genuinely wanted to help me find my son a good car. Hats off to Cale the owner who helped us every step of the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pre-owned quality car.
