AutoNation Ford FriscoReviews
AutoNation Ford Frisco review
I recently purchased a Ford F‑150 and had an outstanding experience working with Jeannie (GM) and Simone (sales consultant). From start to finish, they were both incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. At first, I was hoping to get a Ford Ranger, but it wasn’t available. Jeannie followed up with me for several days, keeping me updated and actively looking for the right vehicle. During the process, I ended up really liking the Ford F‑150 Lariat. Jeanie worked with me to find numbers that fit my budget, ensured everything ran smoothly, and made me feel truly valued as a customer. Also, she took care of the truck's bedliner. I am 100% satisfied with it. Simone also went above and beyond, answering all my questions, sending photos of the vehicles, and even recording a short video when the trucks arrived. Their professionalism, communication, and genuine care made a big difference in my experience. I highly recommend working with Jeannie and Simone. They made the entire buying process easy, enjoyable, and stress‑free.

Love everything about this car honestly besides the taillights. Drives very smoothly and sporty yet comfortable like a BMW should, nailed the interior, just not in love with the exterior.

My experience with Quenten was flawless. Our eyes locked as I was heading into the dealership, and I knew I had met my used car sales soulmate. We went back and forth about how little I was willing to spend, but everything worked out in the end. Five stars if you get my car to me tomorrow, Q!

I had a 2018 all black challenger, and decided the color just wasn't for me. Nick Barbera gave me a smoking great deal on my trade in for a beautiful 2020 Challenger in indigo blue. It has a cinnamon red leather interior, and I am very happy with this car. Hats off to all the good people at Auto Web Expo in Plano Texas!!! I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade from the car they have, to the car of their dreams.

BMW of Dallas review
From first contact by email to the final sale, everything at BMW of Dallas was seamless. As an out of state buyer, they explained the process even before my arrival. They had my vehicle ready for a test drive, which was a plus, Carfax readily available with a complete inspection list. Once it was time for the paperwork, which everyone dreads, that process took less than 15 minutes. The staff at BMW of Dallas were all courteous, helped with my concerns, and knew that my time was valuable. Mark Dominguez Martinez, Sales, made sure the process was flawless and as easy as possible. I would definitely buy another vehicle from BMW of Dallas.

From the initial greeting to my service advisor, Oscar, walking me through the plan for the day and respecting my opinion to the video of repairs sent by the service team to the final check out. This was the best car buying experience I’ve been through. Everyone I met, spoke to and met at Go Luxury Auto Group was friendly, professional and answered every question I had. The experience was effortless. Buying a car as a woman can be difficult. Sales reps are often condescending and don’t give you the time you need. Go Luxury Auto Group made me feel important every step of the way. Bryan is doing a phenomenal job and if you’re thinking of purchasing a luxury vehicle, this is the place to do it.

My mom set an appointment with James to come see a Range Rover HSE. We drove in from Louisiana. I came with her to potentially drive the rental car back. Not only did she leave with her car, I ended up calling my bank to purchase a vehicle as well. The service is unmatched. Top notch service, and an amazing selection of vehicles! I would recommend this team to anyone for their next purchase.

Low pressure but a bit too busy to spend any time with us to answer any question. Could never find a sales person. Pretty sure they could have sold us a car that day if they invested any energy into it. A lot like buying furniture at IKEA. You just better hope you don’t have questions.

He was flexible and open to any questions, while walking me through the process! Friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. The financing process with David's help was a breeze! The process was time efficient and pretty flawless. He was on point with communication and very knowledgeable. Still loving my new car 2 months later- it exactly what I wanted and drives like a dream!!!

BMW, Mini of Wichita review
Incredibly satisfied with the overall experience at MINI of Wichita. I worked with a very nice salesman (Mathew) who worked with me to find a car of my dreams. AND it was delivered to my house in Kansas City. Overall, so very happy!

CarMax Colorado SpringsReviews
CarMax Colorado Springs review
The customer service at Carmax is excellent. This is by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. They were super friendly and did not waste a lot of my time. They were extremely efficient throughout the entire process.
