BMW of Dallas review
From first contact by email to the final sale, everything at BMW of Dallas was seamless. As an out of state buyer, they explained the process even before my arrival. They had my vehicle ready for a test drive, which was a plus, Carfax readily available with a complete inspection list. Once it was time for the paperwork, which everyone dreads, that process took less than 15 minutes. The staff at BMW of Dallas were all courteous, helped with my concerns, and knew that my time was valuable. Mark Dominguez Martinez, Sales, made sure the process was flawless and as easy as possible. I would definitely buy another vehicle from BMW of Dallas.

My experience with Quenten was flawless. Our eyes locked as I was heading into the dealership, and I knew I had met my used car sales soulmate. We went back and forth about how little I was willing to spend, but everything worked out in the end. Five stars if you get my car to me tomorrow, Q!

Just finished another service visit on my M8 and as always, Nathan Meyers was great. Friendly, always on time, very knowledgeable and went out of his way to explain what was needed. There is simply no better place if you own a BMW. I will always come here for service. Thanks Nathan

This car is simply beautiful, spacious, unique color. It is gorgeous inside out. You don't see too many BMWs this color so I think it is unique color. It has one of the smoothest ride, which I find a plus for long trips. Love it!

Low pressure but a bit too busy to spend any time with us to answer any question. Could never find a sales person. Pretty sure they could have sold us a car that day if they invested any energy into it. A lot like buying furniture at IKEA. You just better hope you don’t have questions.

I had some major recalls on my car and had the repairs done @ BMW of Arlington. I was assisted by Sarah. My husband and were warmly greeted by the entire staff the moment we walked in. Sarah was my dedicated service rep and she was very professional, polite, helpful, and always made sure I was in the loop regarding my repairs. Sarah explained all the work that had been done and had the staff wash my car too. I highly recommend BMW of Arlington off Collins!

Go Luxury Auto Group review
This was the best car buying experience I’ve been through. Everyone I met, spoke to and met at Go Luxury Auto Group was friendly, professional and answered every question I had. The experience was effortless. Buying a car as a woman can be difficult. Sales reps are often condescending and don’t give you the time you need. Go Luxury Auto Group made me feel important every step of the way. Bryan is doing a phenomenal job and if you’re thinking of purchasing a luxury vehicle, this is the place to do it.

I had a 2018 all black challenger, and decided the color just wasn't for me. Nick Barbera gave me a smoking great deal on my trade in for a beautiful 2020 Challenger in indigo blue. It has a cinnamon red leather interior, and I am very happy with this car. Hats off to all the good people at Auto Web Expo in Plano Texas!!! I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade from the car they have, to the car of their dreams.

Best experience I’ve had and I’ve had several in my life. I also had several prior to buying this vehicle. Kariel Nieves was my sales guru. Totally awesome gentleman and knows his stuff. Great attitude and huge knowledge of all things Lexus. Good communicator and worked with me to get my scheduled test drive and had everything ready. A++++++++ I’m sure they have many excellent associates but I’ll only work with Kariel from now on. Top noche.

Big thanks to Prince Ali for his expert help and to General Manager Ben Amini. They were both professional, helpful and the car is wonderful. I will recommend to others!
2024 BMW 530 review
Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

BMW, Mini of WichitaReviews
BMW, Mini of Wichita review
Incredibly satisfied with the overall experience at MINI of Wichita. I worked with a very nice salesman (Mathew) who worked with me to find a car of my dreams. AND it was delivered to my house in Kansas City. Overall, so very happy!
2025 BMW 530 review
Love everything about this car honestly besides the taillights. Drives very smoothly and sporty yet comfortable like a BMW should, nailed the interior, just not in love with the exterior.

CarMax St. Louis Mid Rivers MallReviews
CarMax St. Louis Mid Rivers Mall review
I was looking at buying a 2014 Toyota Corolla and Willie was the 1st person I talked to at the dealership. There was absolutely no pressure from the start of the conversation to even buy the vehicle. Before we even talked about anything sales wise he recommended that I take a look at the car and test drive it before anything to make sure it was everything I wanted. Even during the test drive, we didn't talk about buying the car, it was just a normal conversion. After test driving the vehicle I needed to think about it and even then Willie never tried to keep me at the dealership to try and buy the car. He followed up with me a few days later to see how everything was going and even put the car on hold for me so no one else would take it/buy it. I ended up not buying the vehicle this time, after thinking about it for a few days. The customer service I received and the atmosphere that, i'd have to say Willie created, was Fantastic and would highly recommend asking for him if you are looking for a car. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received, and will be going back to him towards the end of the year to then purchase a vehicle.
