2020 BMW 530 review
This car did meet all my requirements in a new car. It has the power and speed of the M series. The ride and handling are exceptional. The interior styling with blue stitching on the black leather is a class-act.

Their facility is clean, sales agent (Donavan Rene) is nice & responsive, but had so much misunderstanding on paperwork that we ended up spending a night in Houston. But the dealership paid for our hotel stay and uber. I?ll give them that. They?re worth giving a second chance.

BMW of West HoustonReviews
BMW of West Houston review
I recently purchased a 2024 BMW X7 from the new BMW of West Houston location, and the entire experience was world-class. From the moment I walked into their impressive new facility, I knew I was in the right place. A huge thank you to my Client Specialist, Tommy Luk. Tommy is professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process seamless. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and ensured that the delivery of my X7 was perfect. It is clear that he truly cares about his clients and the BMW brand. If you are looking for a new BMW or a high-quality Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, I highly recommend visiting this new location and asking for Tommy Luk. You won’t be disappointed. Five stars all the way!
2021 BMW 530 review
Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

This car went beyond my expectations. From the autobahns of Germany to the potholed, unrepaired streets and highways I have to drive here in the US along with avoiding those who drive without any regard for others being on the road my car has performed.

Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

Love everything about this car honestly besides the taillights. Drives very smoothly and sporty yet comfortable like a BMW should, nailed the interior, just not in love with the exterior.

BMW of The WoodlandsReviews
BMW of The Woodlands review
My experience with BMW of The Woodlands was exceptional. Because I live three hours away and could not make it down the weekend I originally planned, Nairobi kept me informed about the vehicle’s status without ever making me feel pressured. When I was finally able to make the trip, Nairobi, Steve, Malik, and Conner had everything ready and made the entire process easy and efficient. I felt genuinely valued, not like just another sale. The experience was absolutely worth the drive, and I would confidently recommend their team.
