Wonderful Experience! The car we purchased from John Frione was $4,300 less expensive than anywhere. We were overwhelmed with all of the late model cars on their lot. You will definitely buy a car here, if you visit A+++

I had reached out to check out a vehicle they had in stock, and everyone there could not have been nicer, or easier to work with. Katie, Sam and Brian were very friendly, helpful and even though it wasn't the right car for my needs, they couldn't have been nicer.

Found this used BMW with all the bells and whistles at a reasonable price. It's very responsive at the throttle and feels like it grips the road. It's a sporty but comfortable ride.

This is the second BMW I have purchased from this dealership. I have 2 other BMW dealerships that are significantly closer to where I live, however, my experiences with the Ridgefield Dealership has been excellent. They are responsive, and understand what I am looking for, and are straightforward. That’s what I value!

Blasius Pre-Owned AutoReviews
Blasius Pre-Owned Auto review
I bought a 2018 Nissan pro x a little over a year ago. I drove from ny to look at it it was clean except for front bumper was hit in corner and paint was scraped. They repaired the damage perfectly by the time I picked it up. I was impressed by their professionalism. The only thing that I thought was a little extravagant was the dealer fee. We negotiated a fair price and now it’s mine. I’ve had the vehicle for over a year and it is flawless. I felt I needed time to make a fair judgement of the vehicle before my review. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from thi dealership

The work was done when I was told it would be done and answered all my questions very nice job
2021 BMW 530 review
Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

Mo has been our salesperson and the experience has been very easy and pleasant so far. He didn’t pressure us but provided guidance along the way. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car.

We are so grateful how wonderful this dealership was to us, especially after having terrible experiences at another dealer. The manager, Nick, Stephanie, Ray as well as every other employee went above and beyond to help us! I will be recommending this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car...great experience.

CarMax Virginia Beach review
The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.

One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.
