It was a great experience. They took care of me ASAP and work was done on timely manner. The one thing needs to be addressed is when car is completed and you are waiting please call out the name or something. I sat there almost 1/2 hr to 40 minutes and realized my car was done and waiting outside.

Bought 730d xdrive msport September 2020, its a great car and I cant find fault with it, it was involved in an accident in December 2020 and I had the Audi flag ship A8 and that was a complete disappointment.

Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.

I absolutely loved my service from Zeigler of Orland Park. I drove 2hours away from the the location and received excellent service. I went back and forth between the 740 and 750. I choose the V6 because I am driving more comfort than performance and the power I don't really need. If I am in the need to pass put the car in Sport and so far I am fine. Gas mileage is better with the V6 and the interior is perfect as being 6'4 I have plenty of room.
