I came from Columbia SC to look at a Jeep Sahara I saw online. Greg greeted us at the door and got us into a test drive and then purchasing the vehicle without any issues. He was friendly, efficient, and made my car buying experience a breeze. I would recommend ALM Marietta to friends and family, and ask for Greg!!!

I had an outstanding experience working with Jonathan Bostic. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions, listened to what I was looking for, and helped me find the perfect vehicle without any pressure. His honesty and excellent customer service really stood out. If you’re looking for a salesperson who truly cares about his customers, I highly recommend Jonathan Bostic. Thank you for making this such a great experience!

Friendly and helpful salesperson. Knowledgeable about the different vehicles I looked at. Finance person was quick easy to discuss details. I had an issue with the earnest money and they refunded the amount in one day. Very pleased with the service and would choose them again.

Best car buying experience we have ever had. We drove from 6 hours away for this vehicle. Our salsman Ali was great. He sent us videos of the car and detailed pictures I requested before we went up there. I drove the SUV and loved it. Everything was great and we were done with the paperwork within the hour. They payment and interest all matched up. Our buying experience was absolutely great. Everything they told us and promised us was accurate and they even gave us a full tank of gas.

Sales of Carvilla was very helpful and courteous!! The car was beautifully detailed and everything was in good order! I can highly recommend this dealership.
2024 BMW iX review
I love this car, it has all the bells and whistles of a luxury car and a 300 mile range, full electric. I had the level 2 charger hooked up at my house and haven't been to the gas station since! This car does things I didn't even know it does--it can parallel park itself, pull out of a parking position by itself by using your phone (if you are parked too close to other vehicles to open door or if the car is in a muddy spot). After driving up to my gate callbox a few times (the clicker doesn't work so I have to enter the code) the car noticed I rolled the window down at that location, and asked if I'd like to have it automatically lower when we approach (which I do)! I love being able to put my foot under the hatchback if my hands are full and the trunk opening automatically. I was worried about running out of a charge, and granted, I haven't gone on any long trips yet, but charging overnight at home works perfectly fine for day to day usage. It is an expensive car, but I got a great deal leasing it and I think it's worth it. Slightly less trunk space than the x5 which I had before this, but as my kids have grown and moved out, I don't really need it as much. Surprising amount of torque--my husband was impressed.

The car was great, trying to decide if I want a suv or sedan, I love there car and the dealer was super, and HONEST. Dropped my wallet in the car, was 2 hours away when I realized it, called my salesman Emanuel Caballero, asked him to go look. He UPS overnighted my wallet to me. His knowledge of the car was good and he was very professional, his car is still in the running of 3 I am looking at. A big thank you to this salesman and his dealership.

I want to take a moment and thank the guys at this BMW Service Center for the amazing experience. They listened to me when I was stressed about the sudden noise my vehicle was making, they paid to have a tow truck sent all the way to Conyers, and they found the issue I was so concerned about. I will come to this BMW location forever, and so will my kid. Special thanks to the Manager Patrick C., and the Advisors David G. and Trevor D. who coordinated everything from start to finish. Customer for life.
2024 BMW iX review
Purchased CPO 2024 and got a great deal so I didn’t pay the new car price, but WHAT A CAR! Best EV IMO but I love driving it. It’s a unique car. I initially disliked the front grill, but what’s cool is the self-healing aspect so no chips. Gets great range, and the assist pro driving is incredible. I only wish it had paddle shifters, fog lights, and handles above the door. Of course it’s overengineered as BMWs are, but it’s a great daily driver and road trip worthy. Two months in and no regrets.

Mall of Georgia MINI review
Charli and Mall Of Georgia Mini gave me an amazing experience! She was very patient and went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I was exactly looking for. Gave me a great trade in deal for my charger and I was able to leave with my dream truck! Also, Chris was very helpful with a clear conversation about financing of the vehicle and made the whole process go smoothly. Overall, I definitely recommend Mall Of Mini to anybody for their vehicle needs. Will be coming back again for a second vehicle in the near future.

Tammy was so sweet. I highly recommend going through her for all your sales & service needs .
2023 BMW iX review
Only 2000 miles of which 500 is highway. First positive impressions are: extraordinary quiet, impressive acceleration, above average ride and comfort. Great front and side vision. Very comfortable seats. Lots of interior room. Negatives are: incredibly complex systems to do simple things, exterior styling is an "acquired taste", rear vision is marginal. Odd door handles inside and outside. It is still too early to make a definitive assessment of this vehicle. Other than an intermittent annoying creak in the passenger window area that is hard to replicate at the dealership, the build quality seems very good. This is not a big Lexus or Mercedes sedan, but rather a very good SAV. Range is 300+ with the 21" wheels. Charging is easy and relatively fast with a good DC charger. True 11KwH on 48 amp home charger. Driver assistance package works well. Steering is a little light but no issues with the shape of the wheel. There will be some adjustment to this type of vehicle, but it has been easier than I anticipated. Registering it as an EV, leased out of state, was a frustrating experience and the extra fees for EV licensing are ridiculous.

Rick Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Duluth review
Sharron Hester has been the absolute best in helping me with the purchase of a new car. The one thing that I appreciate most about her is her calm demeanor. She automatically made me feel at ease and she remained so calm and easy going, which put me at ease. She’s the best. 10+!

It was awesome and customer friendly. Salesman Seong was knowledgeable, kind and very helpful. Finance Mgr was great while explaining items but not pushy. Will buy again from them.

Nalley BMW of Decatur review
I needed a car quickly and Michael Adeyeye was able to service my deal right away. Aside from getting me into a cool new car, he was patient, kind and very understanding of my situation and needs. Everyone looks at car purchases as very cold & transactional, but I walked away knowing I'd made a friend who had my best interest at heart. THANK YOU Mike!

Nalley BMW of Decatur review
My wife and I visited Nalley BMW to look at a 2024 540I on 9/4/26. We were greeted by client advisor Mr. Marcus Mullins. He took his time and went over all the features of the vehicle including the driving features when I took the vehicle on a test drive. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and is very knowledgeable of all of the features which made me comfortable in purchasing the vehicle. I would highly recommend that you contact Mr. Mullins if you are looking to purchase a BMW. He is very professional, courteous and a joy to work with. It was also a pleasure to work with Mr. Lonnie Andry who is their finance manager. He made the financing process easy and seamless as well as providing information on the different extended warranties that BMW offers. I?m glad that I made the decision to purchase my vehicle from Nalley BMW.
