Decided to sell my 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan. Highest online offer was Autonation Jacksonville. Made an appointment to pursue the offer. Arrived at the store and was connected with 2 representatives. Ash and manager Cam. Process was straightforward. Vehicle inspected, and very minor issues pointed out to me that I was not aware of. Fair offer made and accepted. Entire process took approx 1.5 hours and I left with the check in my hand. Payoff was no issue either. Both Ash and Cam were extremely professional, explained each step of the process and were a pleasure to deal with. As a retired automotive professional (42 year career) outstanding professionalism in the used automobile trade is the exception rather than the rule. Plenty of power when needed. Handles like a proper BMW. All around great sports sedan. If you want a lot of M but don’t want to ride rough all the time, this is your car. True M performance.

2020 BMW M340 review
I've had my '20 M340i for about a month now and I am totally in love!!! Performance is off the charts when you want to really push it, but what has been surprising is how comfortable it is as a daily driver. Also love the tech - Android Auto in particular. And she is a head turner in dravit gray, I get a lot of compliments. Only regret is that the run flats are a little bit of a rough ride, so recommend you get some performance tires if you can.

In my review, I shared that I felt pressured when I was informed that a protection package valued at $4,200 had to be included in order to move forward with the deal. Today, March 1, 2026, I received a call from Tustin GMC management apologizing for the miscommunication. They explained that it was not their intent to pressure me, and that the final price presented actually included an extended warranty rather than a mandatory protection package. I appreciate the clarification and the outreach from management. I accept their apology and want to acknowledge their effort to address the situation and make things right. This type of follow-up and accountability is what excellent customer service is all about. Thank you to the GMC team for taking the time to reach out. Your actions truly go a long way.

2020 BMW M340 review
Unreal performance and the absolute best of both worlds... in sport plus it is a BEAST. Period. Like less than 4s 0-60, regardless of official specs. In eco I'm getting 40mpg!! Show me another car that does that and looks this good doing it.

2020 BMW M340 review
This is by far and away the best car I’ve ever owned. Much more than a normal 3 series, but without the complications that come with owning a full blown M3. Very comfortable, fast and still gets decent gas mileage.
