Beginning to end, everything was smooth, pleasant and effortless. Things were so smooth, being the life scarred guy that I am, I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. Ha! Nothing goes that easy! But lo and behold, it did. Special mention to Bouch, Regina and Louis (picked me up at the airport.).

BMW MINI of Albuquerque review
We recently purchased a 2022 Denali and our advisor was Lawrence Chavez. He was wonderful to deal with from the very beginning until the end. We had our kids with us and he went out of his way to make sure each of us were taken care of through the process to include offers of drinks/snacks. This dealership is highly recommended thanks to Lawrence in itself. They clearly only hire the best of the best. Thank you for such a great experience.

Taylor provided first class customer service and a very competitive price on a new vehicle. Purchase and delivery was seamless and facilitated to accommodate my residence out of state. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the 2 hours that Brandon spent educating my wife on the operational intricacies of a very complex BmW. In the past I purchased other cars from this dealership, used their service department, and have always received first class treatment.

A first-class dealership in every aspect. From the impressive selection of vehicles to the professionalism of the staff, everything reflects quality and excellence. Highly recommended!
2025 BMW M5 review
The M5 is a beast. It is like 3 cars in one:1), an all electric automobile for 33 miles,2) a twin turbo V-8 hybrid with zero lag,3) a roomy/comfortable cruiser. It is missing a couple items that should be standard or available such as soft close doors and seat message. Otherwise, this is the best of both worlds.

Five stars for General Manager Nick Salerno at University Mitsubishi! We hit a bump in the road during my car-buying process, but Nick personally called me, stepped in, and resolved everything flawlessly. His leadership, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction are second to none. If you want to do business with an owner who truly values his customers, this is the place.

I bought a Porsche from the dealership. I had Lemon Squad do a pre-purchase inspection, and Lemon Squad missed a repair item. The general manager at H. Greg Lux dealership stepped up, communicated timely, and took care of the repair with no issues. I would absolutely purchase another car from this dealership. Very responsive, and they did the right thing. Thank you.

I recently bought a 2021 BMW X6. that was priced extremely well and got a fair trade for my vehicle. The vehicle was very well detailed and in excellent condition.. Financing was able to match my own Credit union’s interest rate which was awesome. Overall, a great experience! I would certainly recommend them to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle

Went in for an oil change (for a non-BMW vehicle that was purchased from the dealership). They were super nice, opened on time, Michael (and the young woman who moved my car, I didn’t catch your name, I’m sorry!) were pleasant, the waiting area was clean and comfy, and while it’s not an express oil change, I knew that ahead of time. I was fine to wait, and I didn’t even have to wait as long as I thought I might! Then they washed my car, which my baby definitely needed. Overall, a lovely experience!

Grayson BMW review
My husband and I had the best experience at Grayson BMW. Our salesperson, Aaron Walker was exceptional. He put us at ease and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. He was very friendly and accommodating. Best of all he worked very hard to get us the best deal possible! I highly recommend him as a salesperson!

Volkswagen of StreetsboroReviews
Volkswagen of Streetsboro review
I've bought a lot of cars over the years and Alex and the management at Streetsboro VW made this the easiest purchase I can remember (except for the 500 mile drive to get there!). Throughout the process they were reasonable and easy to work with. I was completely satisfied with the buying experience and would highly recommend the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car.
