Will never go anywhere else. I’ve had it with “bait and switch” at new car dealerships, where you go into a shop and all the cars are at least $10k more than advertised and still have hidden fees. Only CarMax offers full refunds for like 10 days after purchase. Jon Kay and Cua Thow provided great customer service for me at the Carmel store. I regret that I didn’t get the salesman’s name at Greenwood store (I remember he said he was an EMT). He was also fantastic and helped me find the truck in Carmel that I wanted. Everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. It is hard to believe that you can get such great service from people not working for commission. My new truck has less than $6k miles, looks brand new and was a fair reasonable price.

The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. Lots of power and comfort at the same time. Beautiful interior, very sharp looking exterior. BMW m850 is fun to drive! In Comfort mode, the M850i is soft and virtually silent but when it is to change in Sport Mode, it becomes a Beast!

The 2019 BMW M850i truly Is the ''gentleman's racer'', power to spare and refined interior make this BMW an ultimate driving machine. I've owned many BMWs, all were superb vehicles. This one, however, is the ultimate. I could put on a suit and dine out to an exclusive restaurant or put on a track suit and head to the track. I have the ''first edition'' with the special ''frozen Barcelona blue metallic'' paint and loaded with options...she is a very special vehicle.
