I have been on the fence about buying a car for the last three years, and have not made the plunge mostly due to my current car being in great working order. I ran across a great deal on California Beemers website and started communicating with the sales department via text while I was at work. The dealership worked with me on the price and said if I came in that day, as it was the last day of the month, they would make it worth my while. Buying a car is a big decision, so I had my best friend and my parents meet me there after work and we all took a close look at the car and drove it around a bit. I have to say, it looks and feels almost flawless, and it's fully loaded with M Sport Suspension, navigation, back up camera, moon roof, upgraded sound system, ect..The buying process was easy and what I really like most about this dealership is the man who closed the deal. His name is Tim. I am a RN and have a great ability to see people for who they really are, Tim is a good man and to be honest, he is the reason I agreed to purchase this car. It helps the price was 5K below bluebook, but if I didn't get a great impression from Tim that evening, I promise you, I would have walked quicker than you can say lickiesplit. I would recommend this dealership to my friends & family. I actually plan on buying my next BMW from their dealership in a few years, when this model gets closer to the 50K mark. Chad M.

So my wife and I decided our 18-year old BMW wagon was ready to be passed down and we had to replace it. Then our Small SUV broke down and we had to look at another car at the same time. We were looking to buy/lease two new cars. We were hoping for a BOGO, but couldn't find one. A friend recommended we speak with Craig Rusin. We went to BMW because our prior experience was 18-years great. When I arrived I asked for Craig and, lo and behold, I was talking with him. I explained I wanted to replace my SUV and possibly my wagon. He asked a few questions and we agreed to look at the X5 and the X3. Within 10 minutes we were in a parking lot test driving the X3. Craig's product knowledge made me feel like I was at The Phoenix Car Show which I attend each November. He explained the "Hold" feature and the benefit in traffic. Craig sat in the back seat and asked if he looked cramped. When I said "No," he replied, "and I am six-four!" I test drove the car on roads I drive every day so I could compare with my current cars. He sat quietly while I assessed the cabin's sounds and road noise (Virtually NONE). Craig had tremendous knowledge of the specifications (recommended tire pressure, the difference between SPORT mode and ECO-Pro mode gear ratios, and back seat size compared to the competition) and he never mentioned "Cup Holder" once - Thank you. He also was able to describe the various packages and told me if I built my car online he would find it or help with the ordering process. I said I needed to have my wife see the car and drive, so Craig told me his schedule and did not rush me to pick her up. He knew I was in the market and he did not rush my family's car buying process! I told him I was aware it was the end of the month and I was aware of the special deals that may expire and he never brought it up again as a reason to buy now. After my wife's test drive (both the X3 and X5) we selected a different X3 configuration and closed the deal with a different package and features at 9:55 PM. Seriously, 31-minutes later; I checked the clock (10:26 PM) as I drove the new X3 off the lot. We're loving our new X3 and highly recommend Craig Rusin and the whole Chapman BMW On Camelback team. Two days later, Caleb Spurlin (BMW Genius) walked me through how to actually use the X3. Two weeks later he emailed me and invited me to come in and clear up any questions or learn some tips and tricks. We liked our experience with Craig and his team so much we did it again the next day. I had an excellent Service Advisor, Taras, and he took great care of me, with some specific preferences I had. When I called very early in the morning for the appointment, I requested that day, and they were able to get me in the same day. The mechanics don't seem to get mentioned on here very much, so thank you to the great technician too! The waiting area is also nice, service waiting area and customer waiting area, with TV, Keurig machine, many various options on the flavors, bottled water, and danish/muffin assortment. While there, I also visited the accessories store, and purchased a BMW mouse pad. It's very nice, thin, special backing that prevents it from sliding, and has a photo on it of the new i8 sports car. The gentlemen who helped me in the parts/accessories store was very nice and professional, and answered questions for me on other things that I was looking at. My husband and I also got the chance to say hello to Alan and Elliott, who are also the best you'll find in the business, and Bob, our salesperson was not in yet, but he is awesome too! I love this dealership! --------------- Additional Note ------------- ***** Does anyone know why the oil they used was not the exact one recommended in the warranty and service manuals? The parts number for the oil was different, and the manual was pretty specific about this, per Page 7 of the PDF Service Manual as follows: "... vehicles are factory-filled with BMW High Performance Synthetic oils.We recommend BMW High Performance 5W-30 Synthetic Oil (BMW part number 07 51 0 017 866) for regular scheduled engine oil changes." I tried to find a logical explanation on the internet, and it seemed others had discussed this as well in the BMW forum.

I purchased a 2015 Porsche 911 Turbo from Certified Benz and Beemer several months back???there were some chips along the front fender when the car was delivered, and I protested to the dealership to no avail. I was dissatisfied, and made a harsh assessment during my review. I am thrilled BEYOND to rescind those remarks after speaking with the owner late last week. (I was on vacation at the time and we have traded phone calls over the last few weeks) There was no quibbling, no excuses....simply he said they didn???t handle it correctly and he wanted to know what he could do (anything) to make it right! Talk about a breath of fresh air....he took the time to go back (on a sale already closed) and try and remedy a situation. He had already spoken with/to his employees and then reached out to me to see what he could do. He then told me if I was ever in the market for another car to please reach out to him personally. Jack is a stand-up guy and his humility and integrity are no doubt why his dealership is so successful. You simply do NOT see this level of customer service and commitment (anywhere) any more....least of all in the car business. He has re-earned my business! The car is magnificent and I didn???t ???want anything??? in return???I had the minor repairs made, and Jack even offered to pay for those. I am happy to report a great ending to my car buying experience!

My journey to getting the perfect car for me began when I experienced respiratory symptoms in a new Audi A4 that my husband purchased when we planned to downsize to one car. By the end of one month, though, I knew I would not be able to keep the car because of some health problems it was creating with my respiratory system. I suspected that the problem was the type of leather Audi uses in their cars, as I have had the same issues with certain types of leather handbags. I visited Kuni to see if my suspicions were correct, as I had purchased several BMWs over the years (with leather or the leather-look SensaTec) and had not experienced problems in any of them. Jakob Lund searched and found a new 2017 330i X Drive that had SensaTec seats and was "just off the truck." I was able to take the car out overnight so I could observe whether or not the respiratory symptoms would show up...and they did not. Jacob took both the Audi and my '08 One Series in as trades, and I ordered the perfect car for me....just taking possession last week. I took the car on a road trip this past weekend and I am so pleased. It's fast, quiet, comfortable, beautiful, and most importantly, does not cause me respiratory distress. The customer service at all levels at Kuni is excellent. They really do want you to be happy with your purchase, and they hire great people to make that happen at all levels. If I need another car in the future, I will be at Kuni again!

I was having a problem with my Audi Connect, and after speaking with numerous people over the phone (who could not seem to understand what was wrong with the system), I decided to head over to the DFW Audi dealership. I spoke with Ruby Rodriguez, the Tech Specialist. Not only was Ruby extremely friendly, she was also very eager to help in any way that she could. After taking the time with me to walk through every step of the set-up process, we also were unsuccessful in getting the system to work. I mentioned to her that the Audi Connect technical support team was sending me a new SIM card, and I should receive it that following Friday. Ruby right away mentioned to me, that as soon as I receive the new card, to come back to dealership and she would set this one up from the start. Once I received the card, I came back to the dealership, and just as Ruby mentioned, she walked through all of the steps that she normally would to set up an Audi Connect account. Unfortunately, it still did not work. Ruby never got frustrated, but instead became more inquisitive. Her persistence eventually got us to someone on the Audi Connect dealer support team, who was able get everything to work perfectly!!! I do not think I have ever received customer service like this before! Thank you Ruby and thank you DFW Audi for the way you treat your customers! It truly makes a difference!

I brought my 2006 BMW X3 3.0i, which I had recently acquired elsewhere in for diagnostics of warning lights/conditions. They not only diagnosed the items of concerned but also went the extra mile to remedy simple issues: cleaned the ABS module from overflowing brake fluid, replaced a blown fuse (previously switched to a wrong size) & inflated tires, as well providing options to address the more significant issues. And took the time to double check their work, explain what was found, the work they performed & the options for repairs. Oh, and they only charged me for the diagnosis service & cost of the fuse.

To whom it may Concern, I bought my Honda 18 years ago, have used maintenance from Barrington Motors in the past. I have used maintenance closer to me and have only replaced batteries and brakes with original Honda parts. I have kept it in pristine condition and one morning in my garage my radio/CD player would not work without a code to restart it. This was after 18 years and no one could help because when I bought it from you no code was given to me. I had a letter from Honda saying that delivery of my manual was late. It takes a committed and efficient dealership team to provide a car buyer with a pleasant and successful experience. For me, Anthony Juliano became the captain of that team. When I began looking for a 2018 Accord I contacted Motor Werks Honda because the dealership treated me well when I purchased by previous car from them AND during my visits to their service facility over the past 5 years. I communicated with nine (yes that IS a lot) different Honda dealers in my area during my search for a new car, so I have some experience with many different salespeople. Anthony stood above all others in his persistence, in his integrity and in his desire that I feel good about the deal I got and the treatment I received. My quest for a new car was not easy. First, there was not one Accord in my area with the trim and color combination I wanted. Second, I wanted to buy that car at a price I thought was fair (to me and the dealer - but mostly to me) and third I had a sweet ride I wanted to trade in and get top dollar for. Salespeople from other dealers tried to switch me to a different car which they already had on their lot, or asked me to give them a deposit and they would order the exact car I wanted - with delivery estimates between 30 and 90 days! Anthony was the ONLY salesperson committed to getting me the car *I* wanted and getting it in a reasonable timeframe. Like any good team captain he mobilized his resources. John, part of Anthony???s team, was able to locate the exact car I wanted (which had just arrived at another dealer) and call in a favor to get that car over to Motor Werks. They did this without me making any commitment to buy the car. Once the right car was found, Anthony worked with his manager to offer me a price that I beleived was fair. Only then did I go to the dealership so they could appraise my current car. Up till then all my communication was done via email and phone - I hadn???t ever met Anthony. Once I arrived at the dealership there was some back and forth about the trade-in price, but Anthony was on MY side and eventually Ziggy, a manager, agreed to a trade-in price that was good for everyone. Three hours after walking into Motor Werks Honda and meeting Anthony in person for the first time, I drove home in my brand new car! Now THAT is efficiency! So, would I recommend Anthony to others who want to buy a new Honda? If you don???t already know the answer to that question, please read this review again. A better question might be, ???after reading this review (and other reviews about Anthony) why wouldn???t you contact Anthony before you buy a new Honda????.

Brought my 2000 Z3 in for repairs: ABS warning light on, dashboard night light check, trunk struts replacement, new fob activation, radio volume knob check, and oil change check up. I had had problems with Ferman in the past where my car was brought in for the same air conditioning repair several times, and I had to pay again. So, I told Mr. Wilder that I was concerned about my history with Ferman, and asked how much would the repair cost. He said "in the thousands. Your car is 20 years old." (even though my car is seen regularly and successfully at Reeves in Tampa). He said "he could find 5 things wrong with a new car right now", which made me wonder what I was getting into. I asked him if I could drive to Reeves, and he insisted it was not safe, that they will give me a loaner, I asked about an oil change, and he said my car would be checked ???from head to toe." Did not get an estimate until the third day. The estimate was for $3975.21, and included ABS module box for $2117.14 (although Mr. Wilder told me that may not be the problem), front brakes pad only and replacement (yellow 4) at $355.02, drive belt replacement for $239.65, wiper blades replacement for $94.61, headlight switch for $536.46, shop charges of $52.57, taxes of $260.06, two diagnostic charges at $160 each, but did not address my request for trunk struts, radio volume knob check, oil change, or programming the new fob I had brought in. I was given a separate quote for $125 for the oil change, and $296 for the trunk strut replacement. I decided to take my car to Reeves since I was not comfortable with the quote, and I was asked to pay $343.47 for the estimate. I was not allowed to apply the $343.47 estimate charge to the struts or oil change because according to Mr. Wilder it was not part of the estimate. I asked to speak to a manager, and was told none were available -- all were in training. Incidentally, the multipoint check had not been done: fluids were not topped, tire pressure was not checked. I bought the OEM trunk struts at Advanced Auto Parts for less than $30/pair. The attendant replaced them for free in less than 5 minutes. Two rings need to be snapped off each strut using a flat screw driver, and then the replacement struts snap back on. I also purchased extreme weather premium wipers for $33/pair, which again the attendant snapped on my car for free in less than 3 minutes. However, when he replaced my wipers, he said my old ones were in good condition, and would not have needed changing. Update After writing this review, I was contacted by Ferman's General Manager, Mr. Bob Murray to discuss the situation. I visited the dealership and in the absence of Mr. Murray, spoke with the Assistant Manager, Mr, Karl Alvarez, who listened attentively to my concerns and introduced me to Mr. Brian Pelletier, Service Manager. Mr. Pelletier was very sympathetic, and asked for a chance to make things all right. He assigned my case to Ms. Jamie Annese, Assistant Service Manager and Kyle Silcox of the Gold Team worked on my car. They made all the necessary repairs: abs module, electric switch, drive belt, oil change, and fob activation (the new fob could not be programmed, but the old one seems to have been restored to its old glory) at a reasonable price. Ferman did right by me. Trust is something your can't buy. Thank you for restoring my car and my faith in you.

I really cannot express enough how much I appreciate the experience of buying a car from Motorcars Washington. Jarrod is a car guy's guy, and his showroom is a museum to the cool and the fast. He made buying my new (to me) M3 the best possible experience. For whatever reason, M3 sedans are harder to find than the coupes and convertibles. I had been looking on and off for nearly a year to find a good late model example, so when this beautiful white 2011 competition package showed up on Car Guru I decided to take a look. I had never heard of Motorcars Washington, but I will say that it was a bit of a shock to walk into their showroom. It really is a museum of amazing vehicles. The only difference is that all of these cars are for sale. Jarrod was very low key, not hustling for a sale at all, and really knew his cars. Most of the cars in the showroom were exotics, but he treated the sale of a BMW the same as he would a Ferrari. We made a verbal agreement for me to buy the car, and I went home to sort out my financing. No money had changed hands yet, but when I searched his website to show my brother pictures of the car later that evening, I found that the listing had already changed to sold. A small detail, sure, but it really shows the level of honesty Jarrod brings to each transaction. Despite the best preparations, there are occasional problems that can happen to any car (especially BMWs). My car had a few issues right out of the gate, but Jarrod went way out of his way to correct them. Small, but incredibly inconvenient to fix transmission leak, no problem. Rear brakes? Already have the parts in stock. He even found a nail in the tire and replaced it before delivery. Wow! Even after the sale, when the car went into limp mode, Jarrod took care of it. I really can't say enough about the level of service at Motorcars Washington. When things go smoothly it's easy for a business to look good, but it's the way a business handles the inevitable problems that crop up which really shows you their true character. Jarrod and crew are absolutely the real deal. Simply the best. I would send my mom to buy a car from them!

Transmission Troubles Resolved

I bought a new 2017 Sportage from Bridgewater Kia 18 months ago. About every 200 miles or so while driving the automatic transmission would slip into neutral. The transmission would re-engage by taking my foot off the gas. Needless to say this was frightening and somewhat unnerving, especially when you were pulling into the fast lane on a highway doing 70 mph. They couldn't diagnose the problem even after they hooked me up with a "flight recorder" which monitored my engine conditions when this happened although the data captured by this device did show the engine racing when the transmission slipped into neutral. Kia authorized the installation of a new transmission. Bridgewate Kia let me have use of a courtesy car for the duration of the work. I went and picked up the car and as I was pulling out of the dealer lot I noticed two fractures in the windshield running parallel to one another from the dashboard up that looked like stress fractures that occurred when they put the new transmission in. I immediately drove back and with no questions asked they returned the courtesy car to me while they had a new windshield installed. I picked it up a few days later and within 24 hours the same problem occurred with the trannie popping into neutral. About a week later it happened again and I took it back. Bob, the Service Manager came out and took the car for a ride. Needless to say it didn't happen as it never does in those situations. When he got back to the lot he went and retrieved a Tablet from his office and after searching the Kia dealer website saw that just two days prior a new software update specifically for the transmission was available. He loaded it and I have drive 1600 miles now without a problem I want to thank Bob and Bryant, my Service Advisor for all of their prompt and courteous attention that led to this issue being resolved. They did everything that you could expect from a car dealership and I want to thank them. Hopefully they won't see me again for this issue.

ive Always liked the 14-16 e class body but still in love w my 09 e63. I went to look and to my surprise I found the color combo I was looking for. Keep in mind that I was maybe 3-6 months away from being ready to make such a move. Well Charles gaskin treated me like someone of value ( like a Saudi prince ) I couldn???t even give him my typical rough treatment. ( I???m usually really bad w sales men ) he answered all my questions w no xxxxxxxxx, and exceeded my expectations. The deal took a bit long ( banks fault) so he treated me to a dinner and even had soft drinks available. You???d swear I was spending over 150,000 at a German dealership but no. Not even a third of that. If you don???t stop to stare at your car when you park it you bought the wrong car, if you leave the dealership feeling unhappy or you just wish you could kick the sob down some stairs than you definitely delt with the wrong salesman. Charles is a gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. Think I may have just made a new friend. Btw the car is incredible too.

Price: Very fair. Although there was no real negotiation, I was happy given that the initial price was more than fair for what I was buying. The final cost before fees was $12,995 and after fees was $14,650. Service: I had my mechanic inspect my 2012 Ford Mustang V6 convertible, and he found it to be a high quality car. Nicky was kind enough to let us test drive it a second time at closing time, and allowed me a few days to secure financing with my credit union with only a verbal agreement and a deposit to purchase. Grade A service. Dealership setup: I recommend researching your potential car(s) and setting an appointment before visiting, because I test drove with a different salesman before closing the deal with Nicky. I even walked off the lot before coming back five minutes later to place a deposit. It may be a confusing setup to a casual walk-up impulse buyer. Overall experience: Although I am generally skeptical of non-affiliated used car dealerships, Auto Avenues did a fine job and my mechanic approved of my purchase. Hopefully the car lasts long with no major issues, but I’d be happy to return again if the car lasts.
