My overall experience was good. I had an issue with the vehicle the next day and text the sales rep. Issue is being looked at in an appropriate time.

AutoNation Toyota White MarshReviews
AutoNation Toyota White Marsh review
Initially, I was not satisfied with the service. After stopping by to see and eventually purchasing a chevy express van, I was informed that it needed to be inspected. However, this was after filling out paperwork and waiting over 4 hours. I sent a reply email to manager. The following day I received a call from Chad who kept me updated on the status of the van. Once it was completed I finished the purchase process. All the pricing we agree upon was kept. Nothing changed! Rough start to an excellent finish. Great job AutoNation!

Had a good experience at this dealership. The sales person, Josh Barney, was patient and friendly. I purchased a used vehicle that I'm very happy with. Therr was a small misunderstanding on my part, but the manager was extremely helpful in resolving it. Excellent management, I recommend BMW of Bel Air.

GENESIS OF BEL AIRReviews
2024 BMW X1 review
The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

To the point knew what they were talking about very helpful
2023 BMW X1 review
Just picked-up the X1 on Mar 28th and had a great ride home from the dealership. Handles very well on the road with ample torque when needed. Hate the start/stop mechanics and the fact that you must deactivate each time. Hate the ConnectDrive thing—beware this is a sinister ploy to get more of your dollars and convert once standard car features into subscription services. It is evil. Love the interior. This is my third BMW, so I think this X1 interior is quite good for the money and I am astounded by the standard features list—Wow! And there’s a spare tire with tools in the trunk, WHAT!? I use a touch screen all day, so the tech is no stretch, as long as it works. We shall see, the OS is new. Dual clutch….hmmm, it has its advantages, but smooth take off ain’t one of ‘em. The seats are superb and the cabin very clean. Love the cargo space. This is a good vehicle for a certain group of buyers who want cargo and fun. This is a smart ICE choice, and I hope there will eventually be a U.S. bound iX1.

CarMax Ellicott City review
The sales associate (Siwan) was very kind and friendly. I was a little nervous considering this was my first car buying experience, but with the help of my parents and the Siwan, all of that nervousness went away! Siwan was awesome and helped me with everything along the way!

BMW of Owings MillsReviews
BMW of Owings Mills review
I understand why BMW of Owings Mills is rated a top dealership. David L. Was a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. His knowledge about BMW and his customer service was a huge factor in my decision to purchase my 2022 X7. I was in and out the door with my dream car in less than 3 1/2 hours.
2025 BMW X1 review
Vehicle is a strong performer (no surprise here given its "M" designation. No disapointments in that regard. Sport seats are very supportive; especially with the lumbar support adjustability. Cabin tech is abysmal though. Not at all intuitive; functions nested down menus where you would never expect them. Owners manual is 480 pages! Really ! While the vehicle makes me smile quite often the complexity of the cabin tech has me cursing every time I start the vehicle. The so-called "Genius" program help line only works Mon. - Fri. Central time in the US! Not too happy about that either.

She is so wonderful when it comes down to service dealing with your vehicles she is so pleasant so respectful she make sure everything is right for you. Whatever the bonus is she need 100% of it. She needs to show some other workers some talent that she have. She is so loving so respectful she need to be a manager she makes you feel right at home the things that she do for you. Worker a very good nice person someone that you will always love to have around you. What makes you always just to come back to visit her whether you coming to buy a vehicle or not or get any other service done or any vehicle to me it seemed like I was just coming to visit her because she’s so pleasant if I have a hard day, probably, I might even come out there just to make her cheer me up. She’s a very good worker. She deserve it. Everything is nice to be given to her. She needed it and I think it will go for all the workers that’s in the back part two that’s working on the cars. I think they deserve things too. Everything takes time, but I would definitely be coming back to the company for sure. thank you from Miss Woodson

Mr. Wright (salesman) and Ms. Hana (financing), provided awesome customer service. They were NOT pushy or unhelpful. Ms. Hana looked at the apr my bank was charging me, and provided me a MUCH lower apr. They made me feel like a valued customer.

Impex Auto SalesReviews
Impex Auto Sales review
My experience with Impex auto sales was absolutely fantastic. Rick Lanier, my salesperson, was so easy to work with. Very responsive and took care of any and all questions I had. The process from start to finish with delivery of my vehicle was extremely smooth. First time customer with this dealer, if I were to purchase another car, I would definitely use them again.
2023 BMW X1 review
New bmw x1. Glides…effortless driving. Incredible performance. I’ve had three other x1’s prior…nothing comes close to the handling of the 2023. However…the huge screen is distracting, it’s not user friendly and by the time I figure out the new gadgets I’ll be ready for a new lease🤷🏻♀️
