First time Haasz user. Brennan was awesome. Clear communication throughout the whole process; he & Justin got everything ironed out before I even stepped onto the lot. Pickup was smooth and everything since has been great too. Would go back there 10/10 times.

Steevy did a phenomenal job assisting us in our vehicle purchase. We requested to see another car and he was quick to bring it to us to look at. We did end up buying the new car steevy brought to the lot to. He got us in and out in a very timely manner and made us feel comfortable. I’d recommend friends and family to come to this dealership.

I recently bought a pre-owned Kia Sportage. Worked with Michael and he was friendly, not pushy on the purchase, and it was a good process overall. I really like the car, too.
2024 BMW X3 review
Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Mercedes-Benz of Willoughby review
Frank Waite and Brett Leikin could not have made the experience any better. The best car buying experiences I’ve had are with Mercedes of Willoughby. They truly put the customer first and it’s actually a fun experience. I’ve purchased two Mercedes from this dealership even though there is a Mercedes dealer just down the road from me. It’s worth the drive for professionalism and superb customer service.

Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

An unbelievable experience!! We're from Tuscarawas County and we drove to Akron for our next BMW. This is the second time we leased a BMW from this dealership and it was a smooth, relaxing day there. The folks there are extremely friendly and very welcoming. Mark the sales manager is one of a kind! So easy to talk to and very helpful explaining all the options we had. There's no other sales manager I've ever dealt with, and i'm 61, that's been so down to earth and so easy to talk to during the leasing process. If I could I would give this dealership 6 stars! We will without a doubt be back for our next BMW!! Greg

Quick to respond to several messages. Seemed interested in helping me with the purchase and asked what they could do to make me happy
2024 BMW X3 review
I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. We are so happy with this car that my husband is talking about getting one for himself, and he is an Audi and LandRover fan. BMW, thank you for your continued dedication to quality and reliability.

North Coast Mitsubishi Bedford review
Wow, what an experience. I'm not even sure how to put words to the level of customer service Renee produced today. I called and she answered. Fast, friendly, and exceedingly knowledgeable. I honestly felt like she wasn't just trying to make a fast buck. Renee went above and beyond to get me in a car and get my life on track. No credit, poor credit...nothing Renee can't handle. I felt 100% Renee was working for me today and am quite certain she would do the same for others. I would without a doubt recommend North Coast Mitsubishi of Bedford. I walked in thinking I would not find what I wanted. Thanks to Renee, I drove out of the parking lot with the car and the break that I needed. All I can say is ths, if you need a car today call Renee!

Excellent experience. I had a 2025 BMW X5 that got totaled due to hail damage. The team at Classic was quick to get me another X5 to the spec that I wanted. They located the vehicle quickly and was delivered to the dealership a couple of days later. When I went to pick up the vehicle the process was very quick and easy. I was in and out of the dealership within 45 minutes. Highly recommend the team at Classic BMW.

We have bought many vehicles from this dealership and at least 4 of them from Kevin. You couldn’t ask for more thorough & complete work done to make the buy quick and easy. When Kevin says he will treat you like family, there’s no doubt that he does just that. He makes your visit with him enjoyable and at the same time an easy relaxing experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Kevin. Thank you Kevin for your kindness & patience with us!
