Sporty, roomy, distinctive and loaded with BMW’s excellent technology. Slightly smaller cargo capacity than the X3 but makes up for it with eye catching style! Sound system is above average, very little cabin noise and all 5 seats have a comfortable space with a luxe feel.

Went in to look at options as my current lease was ending. Joey was very attentive from the beginning. He took the time to explain the upgrades to the new QX80, all while offering snacks and water. Joey was very knowledgeable and wasted no time with nonsense. Once we were ready to talk numbers, Alfredo took over and really gave us an incredible deal on everything we wanted and more. When I first got the lease here 3 years ago I thought their service would be tough to beat. These guys have outdone themselves. The loyalty to returning customers is extraordinary. The whole process was painless and I’d say pleasant. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a quality car to visit Joey at Gregory INFINITI.

This car is our first BMW. It may sacrifice some space, but that’s not a very big deal for us. This car is perfect for those who don’t need space, but need the capabilities of an SUV. We have the M40i version and it packs a punch. The 382 Hp B58 I6 is very quick in sport mode, and has very nice exhaust sounds. I love that it has rear AC, which is an upgrade from our previous car. This car also has ambient lighting which you can change the color of. The wireless Apple CarPlay is also very convenient. Although, it does not have the latest version of iDrive, it’s still decent and still includes a 12 in screen. If you don’t want to touch the screen and leave fingerprints, the X4 comes with a controller that you can use to control the screen. This car also has a good amount of physical buttons. Front seats have thigh extensions for those with long legs, and both seats automatically adjust. Overall, our family really likes this car and recommends it for buyers who want a unique take on BMW

1 week ago traded my 2020 BMW X3M for the 2023 X4 M40i. Now I’ll be able to drive the car all year round! Living in NH my X3M was in a garage from Nov - March :-( Yes the X4 M40i isn’t as quick, but close. It does have better styling, more sporty looking and a much smoother drive, X3M was a very aggressive drive which didn’t bother me…much! Overall this feels “just right”!

Had a very good experience working with Sebastian. Got a fair price. Had an issue right away with the Honda Odyssey. Engine light went on but the problem was solved immediately. Turned out the oil was a little low. It was a used car. Machines are never perfect and almost anything can be fixed.

I have always owned a Cadillac This is my first BMW. So far it is fantastic. I am still learning the features of this vehicle. I will give an update on the performance at a later time.

I have bought many cars in my life, but have never had such a wonderful car buying experience. I feel like Brian, my salesperson really cared about me and was responsive to all of my calls and texts. He went beyond to make sure everything went well for me and he made things easy. Also there are lots of things to learn about how to use everything on the screen of the BMWI4. Vesta worked with me on three occasions to make sure that I understood everything. I absolutely love my new BMW, but I also think the people who work at this dealership are fantastic.

The speed of this 4 Cyclinder is a force to be reckoned with! I can’t imagine getting a M Series! Put it in the sport settings & it’s gone!!! Beautiful car inside & out! I’m ecstatic about my purchase for Christmas!

I bought a Corvette last week.. Worked with Mike Ryan. I should have to send a review earlier. but I was working on the car. Now I can see out of the car. Mike and I have a joke between us. I can't say enough about my 2020 BMW X4. I found excuses to drive, just to take it out and throw it around corners (to quote my son, who also oddly found just as many excuses to drive). Competent in snow, secure on dirt/gravel roads, I felt secure in driving in whatever rural Montana tossed my way. The cabin is spacious and well laid out. Controls are easy to access and displays are very clear/easy to read. Sufficient power to conquer mountain passes, and my average fuel economy (driving like an idiot at times) hovered around 29-30 mpg. Cargo space... to quote one reviewer, "I'm not the ****** UPS man" - if you need cargo space, go with the X3 or X5 (and look like just about every other driver in Bozeman MT). We moved our son to school (all of his stuff, and 3 adults) in the X4 w/o any issues. It's roomier than reviews make it out to be. No issues with reliability, and it is the safest vehicle I've ever owned. I was t-boned by a driver (who was on her phone) doing at least 25 mph & while her car was destroyed, mine was injured but driveable, and I was uninjured despite her slamming directly into the driver's side. I would gladly recommend an X4; it's the best of all worlds providing comfort/sporty driving, 8" clearance, and a bit of space in the back end. And it's not "silly looking". You won't regret it.

I bought my car G80 here when it was Pugi ,and I had service issues with GPS. I was begging to think I made a mistake buying a Genesis. Since Castel took over, they had some issues in the transition. But Castle has changed how I feel about Genesis. I really see them striving to achieve a premium service. Great Job Castle Genesis. Thank you for changing how I feel about my Genesis purchase again. And the G80 is truly a premium car Thank you.

My boyfriend and I came in to get me a kinda-sporty lookin, reasonably-priced new car. I’ve always brought a guy with me to car places in case they try to dupe me or intimidate me, but the guy who helped me was so nice, knew a TON about the cars, and seemed really trustworthy. I wouldn’t up buying the car he recommended based on the 1000 wants I had, and I LOVE IT! Overall a pretty good experience there, made GREAT by the sales guy who helped us. He knew his stuff backwards and forwards, and even when he was maybe tryin to upsell me, he gave real reasons either way and let me decide! I’m writing this review because I so appreciated him - Benson. Shout out to you, man. You were the BEST! My bf said he might come there - just to see Benson - when he’s lookin for a new car end of summer. Benson’s our new car guy and I swear we’ve been telling everyone we know! :)
