Dealership experience was fine. I have a few suggestions to make it better. 1. Have the car I was scheduled to view washed before I arrive. Second suggestion is to have more gas in the car as I was only able to drive a few miles before I had to stop to get gas. Other than that the experience was fine, people nice, car pretty much as described.

iCars Chicago review
I had an outstanding experience purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. Their inventory of luxury vehicles is truly impressive—every car was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and clearly selected with quality in mind. What surprised me most was the incredible value they offer. I was able to purchase a high-end luxury vehicle at a price that was significantly better than what I found elsewhere. The customer service was equally impressive. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle rather than pressuring me into a sale. They were transparent throughout the entire process, answered all my questions, and made the buying experience smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a quality luxury vehicle at an amazing price with top-notch customer service, I highly recommend this dealership. I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases and recommending them to friends and family.

My experience was extremely positive. Roman was very professional and easy to work with throughout the process of buying my car.
2018 BMW X5 review
Before you buy any BMW older than 2018, check out the Isley V BMW lawsuit. You will find the V8 in all pre 2018 BMW's to be problematic for oil leaks and valve stem failures due to defective engine design and excessive heat. I have this X5 with the V8 and it's a wonderful car to drive and look at. It's my 5th BMW and by far the most reliable. Unfortunately, even with all the meticulous care, my car has experienced the oil leak and smoking exhaust, just like all the N63 & N63TU engines through 2018 will experience this problem and the cost to repair exceeds $20K from the dealer. If you find one that had the valve stem seals replaced, I wouldn't hesitate to buy it, it's a great vehicle in many ways.

Gabe was great. Best car buying experience I have had. At Umansky, they were not pushy at all. They listened, did not hide anything, and negotiations went smooth and at a good pace. There was no disappearing acts or waiting games. Ella in finance also was professional and informational. Would recommend Umansky!

Basney Honda review
Bought a new 2018 Accord 2.0T Sport Manual. Brian was excellent to work with. I wanted a rare model, and he worked with me to find the exact specification and color that I wanted. Another dealer a few hours away had one, and Basney arranged to transport it for me free of charge. Also, they were willing to match the lowest price I was quoted from other dealers without hesitation. Delivery and post-purchase customer service has been top-notch. This is the way car buying should be!
