This is my third car purchase from CAR MAX . A later model for the wife . A jeep Cherokee and is a 2019 with low mileage . She is happy and that makes US happy . The purchase was not hurried and no back and forth between Mr Smith and I . Really straightforward . Satisfied completely .

AutoNation Ford Katy review
I’ve purchased several vehicles from AutoNation Ford Katy over the past couple of years, and they’ve consistently provided me with an outstanding experience. A huge thank you to Draeton in sales for always taking great care of me and making the buying process easy and enjoyable. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled right. I also want to give a special thank you to Jammie in the finance department. Jammie has been fantastic to work with and makes the finance process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. And a big thank you to Jared, the sales manager, for always making sure I’m taken care of. Having a great manager who stands behind his team and values repeat customers makes a huge difference. There’s a reason I’ve continued coming back to AutoNation Ford Katy for multiple vehicles over the years. They’ve earned my business through great customer service and by treating me right from start to finish. I highly recommend AutoNation Ford Katy. Ask for Draeton in sales, Jammie in finance, and Jared and his team will make sure you’re taken care of! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

2021 BMW X5 review
Just purchased a 2021 BMW X5 with a trade-in of 2020 X3. I've been dealing with BMW of Ocala for a few years now and can only have the best to say about BMW of Ocala. Excellent people with special thanks to our sales rep, Christina Gangapersaud, and James Jupiter, Sales Manager. Treated extremely well, so friendly and professional. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks to all for a great experience and this beautiful car.

2021 BMW X5 review
I frequently change cars because I love to learn and experience new vehicles. I bought a new 2020 RR Defender and traded it after 5 months for the X5. I wasn't really looking for a new car but fell in love with the X5 while accompanying a friend on a test drive. I really like that it handles like an ultimate driving machine. And the drive characteristics are extremely customizable. It's quiet, quick and comfortable. No squeaks or rattles - the RR had a few. It's a solid German example of automotive excellence.

Westside Lexus review
Jim (Sales) and Christian (Finance) were fantastic to work with at West Side Lexus. I worked with Jim during the week to secure a Saturday appointment. Arrived at 1109a and was driving off the lot in my “new to me” car at 12:35p. Everyone there was friendly and the customer waiting area is great, lots of space and a pretty decent hot chocolate in their fancy coffee machine :D 10/10 recommend
2021 BMW X5 review
I bought a 2021 BMW X5 4.0 with the M Sports Package and this had been one of best vehicles ever owned. The reliability, comfort and curb appeal adds to it value. I traded a 2016 Lexus GX 460 for the X5 and have no regrets!

Joe Myers ToyotaReviews
Joe Myers Toyota review
Rodney Feltus at Joe Myers Toyota was fantastic to work with. He was personable, listened well, and proved himself to be extremely knowledgeable. After our ordered-from-factory car arrived, Rodney gave my wife and I what's *easily* the most thorough tour of a new, high-tech car with we've ever gotten. His tour was *way* better than the standard "Here's the keys, now get out of here" some dealers seem to do. Part of the reason we chose Joe Myers is because Rodney was the only sales rep among several dealerships we talked to, who was willing to give us a *proper* number on what the 'drive off' price would be for a factory-ordered car. Every other dealership we talked to essentially refused to put any price in writing- asking us to put money down for an order, then negotiate a price *after* arrival. No thanks! Aside from the care and attention we were given *before* our purchase, Rodney got in contact a while after our purchase to check how we were doing with our new purchase (we *love* it!). Another nice *very* note- I needed a dealer signature on a form in order to get a Texas rebate for my new car. I contacted Rodney about it, emailed him a document to print and sign- and that was it- an envelope with the printed and signed documents arrived at my house a week later, with no need for extra reminders. I *really* appreciate that level of care being shown after the original transaction was complete, and would *definitely* recommend this place (and especially our sales person, Rodney) to others
