I contacted East Bay BMW with an interest in the i4 edrive40. I was very fortunate that Bobby Padilla responded as the salesperson for me. Bobby is what you hope for, but rarely get. He was personable and knowledgeable from the start. East Bay BMW had several i4 edrive40 cars on the lot. He spoke with me and my wife as we said what we were looking for. He started with an offer for a test drive, with just me and my wife in the car. A new experience for us! Bobby was no-pressure and patient with us at all times throughout with excellent support pre- and postsale. I also want to recognize Nicholas Harris for his friendly, upbeat assistance with configuring our car; there are many options, of course, and he showed us what was available, but he also suggested configs that would be best for me and my wife. I was unsure how charging with a Tesla station would work for me. With the right adapter, he drove me to a retail Tesla station and stepped me through the process. I had to drive to LA in the next couple of days, and I used Tesla stations with complete confidence. I'd have no hesitation to contact either Bobby or Nicholas in the future. Highly recommend East Bay BMW, and ask to work with Bobby and Nicholas. They are a great team.

2023 BMW X5 review
Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!
