The prices attracted me. The customer service and experience/ level of knowledge was not great. There was an inconsistency of dealership policy. It would be nice to get a car for the price you expect. I felt forced to purchase items I did not want

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

I bought a 2021 BMW X5 4.0 with the M Sports Package and this had been one of best vehicles ever owned. The reliability, comfort and curb appeal adds to it value. I traded a 2016 Lexus GX 460 for the X5 and have no regrets!

This review is for sales. I live in Northern California but found a car that was optioned the way that I wanted at Sterling. I started an online chat and reached Joseph, the internet sales manager. He was an exceptional sales person throughout the entire experience. We quickly got to a very good price with no pressure or haggling and he walked me through all of my lease options. I really appreciated that as it was my first lease. Joseph was very responsive to all of my questions and requests and never hesitated to provide excellent service. He arranged for transport of my car and even came in early to personally ensure everything went smoothly. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Awesome experience

This dealership was honest and up front with me. I was interested in a truck. I sent a email about it, they responded very quickly and seemed interested in assisting. Before I got to the dealer the truck was sold. No problem with that. Someone got their first. What I liked is the dealer let me know before making a 80 mile drive the truck was gone. I recommend this place.

Purchased 2 years ago. Drives like a rocketship. handles extremely well. no issues thus far, just regular maintenance. Interior is very well designed and very comfortable. The caro area is well designed as well.

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

Great experience again. I came back to Crevier again when looking to trade in the first car I bought from them 6 years ago. I worked with John Lichtenberger who was extremely helpful. Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.
