This is the fourth car that we've bought from A1 Toyota. Three of the purchases were handled by Dado and were quite pleasant. One deal with Manny was not. We are satisfied with the workings of the rest of the dealership with one exception. The manufacturers put soy based wire covers in the motor of our 2011 Prius. Mice get into our garage and have caused havoc. AI Toyota has charged us with the expenses which this mistake has entailed. We live on a country wooded acre. Our cats keep mice from the house but do not patrol the garage. We'll end this by repeating that it is a pleasure to do business with Dado
BMW Bridgeport???s presentation of 3 series new BMW???s was very friendly and profession. From my salesman Volkan to my test driver Anthony to Charles who drove me home and back and Glen who instructed me on my new 320 everything was done to precision. I was totally impressed by everyone and I suggest they all get a raise.
I was driving and the oil light came up on my car. I pulled over and seen that the car was dipping oil. I called BMW and they was able to take me on the spot and give me a loaner car so I can continue my day. They keep me updated and was to fix everything in one day. And my service guy was great.
Everything about our experience was on point. From the online customer service to our sales person Kelly, to the manger and financing dept. everyone was very friendly, Kelly was very responsive and took care of everything before we arrived to pick up the car. The man who showed me how to set up everything in the car was so nice and knowledgeable! Highly recommend this dealership.
Good Evening Possible Bridgeport BMW Customer, Approximately 3 weeks ago I purchased a 2016 X3, I had visited the dealership a few times prior to my purchase and at no time did I feel a sense of pressure or coercion. Also, during these visits I had shared both my phone number and email and at no time did I receive any excessive calls or messages, frankly they very respectful and reserved in regards to their frequency of communications. I dealt mostly with Ramon Felix who was a gentleman at all times. Following the sale I was paired with Bridgeport???s ???genius??? Glen Ramsteck, he is very much a genius in regards to operating every single thing on all cars BMW and I assure you he too was a gentleman. While I admit buying a car for me can still be a bit nerve racking, at the end of the transaction I did not experience buyer???s remorse, I am genuinely enjoying my ???new??? car!
I had really bad experiences with your service department. But your customer service and sales department (Volkan GOK) was really helpful about everything. I bought my second car from bmw because of Volkan. He???s really helpful guy
Eric DuVerger was excellent and was timely and accommodating with my car and arranged for rental car for me. They provided transportation to and from my office and made the service appointment seamless.

Dennis did a great job at qualifying me as a buyer. He asked questions to determine what would suit my needs and our needs as a family. He was patient and professional.
