Haven’t reached break-in mileage limit as yet but so far, car has met all of my expectations with regard to quality and performance. Agree that infotainment display is a bit overwhelming. Front end isn’t as objectionable in person as seen in pictures or videos.

They sell quality vehicles from my experience and go above and beyond for their customers. I especially like their new 30 day return policy. Last time I had a vehicle transferred from another store and was worried I'd have to buy it even if I didn't like it when it came in. No way- they assured me customer service was priority if I didn't want the car they didn't want me to buy it ! As it turned out, it was perfect for me, the price was fair and the service great. Reviews are very important when I'm going to buy anything, especially something that's as big of an investment as a vehicle. I don't understand how CarMax would not make all efforts to correct a problem. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance, my opinion, you won't be disappointed.

Not safe (stupid design of a gear shifter on the column where most cars have the windshield wipers control arm!); nothing was intuitive in that design. All it took was complaining to my husband one more time, and immediately, like a giddy teenager he looked up Porsche of Nashville to see what was available. To our shock and amazement, there she was? glittering in all of her glory - a 2020 Night Blue Macan Turbo!!! 23,365 miles, CPO? can?t pass that up!! Trey provided us with everything we asked for. Priced just right (well? within budget, but it?s a Porsche, right?!), No haggling, no gimmicks, no add-ons thrown at us, except the options we wanted - protections worth including, additional 6years of CPO warranty, wheels/tires, and cosmetic protections. The G87 M2 is fantastic. It's the best BMW of the 9 I've had over the years. The engine is amazing, the suspension fantastic, and the car is light and nimble. The manual transmission is much better than I expected.
