Service by advisor Jaime Gonzalez and team for 2023 X1 scheduled 20K work was attentive, timely and complete. Tires replacement was recommended with even 4mm wear (with 2 mm bald tire warning for follow up) and this appears to be driven by the dealership legal team, who previously and separately at their sibling dealership refused to mount my new owner-provided Tire Rack tires on my 2019 Mini Cooper, which I found to be aggravating and dissatisfying. Hoping to get 30-40K out of my current BMW OEM tires (for which Jaime provided a replacement quote) and to continued excellent service by BMW of Darien.

I have 2 BMW’s and this is by far the best!Great to drive,superior handling,the ultimate driving machine.The engineering just keeps getting better.I highly recommend BMW and feel these cars are well built and worth the price.

Danny Rodriguez in finance was both friendly and efficient, making the final steps of the purchase smooth and stress-free. I purchased an X5, and I couldn’t be happier. 5 stars! My only feedback, as someone who frequently purchases high-end vehicles (Range Rover, Aston Martin, Acura, etc.), is that the dealership can get very busy and you can tell the staff was overwhelm, I think some technology could help them because people would get lost in the waiting room like we did :). This is understandable, especially on a weekend and the last day of the month—partly my timing. Overall, I look forward to building a long-term relationship with this amazing team. After almost 10 years, I’m thrilled to have a BMW back in my garage. Highly recommended!

Recently purchased a 2024 4 series convertible. Love the way it looks and drives. ‘Ordered the car with the assumption that it had the cruise control and lane as dust that I was used to in my other vehicles. This car does not come standard with a front facing camera. Also does not come standard with the cruise that is what I call “radar” cruise. Just putting it out there for anyone shopping. I do love the car.

I had a great experience. Service advisor pointed out that I had a 1 year warranty on the tire that needed replacing. Also, front brakes were serviced and covered under maintenance plan. The customer waiting area is very pleasant and the work was done within the time estimate provided. Have been very happy with this dealership.

My husband and I had an incredible experience with Manny Tejada at BMW of Ridgefield. He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with the purchase. He was there anytime I needed to call about any questions about the vehicle, and made it simple and easy for my husband to bring the car home. I have 2009 BMW M6 V10 which I daily drove for about 1 year then bought 2022 BMW 430i Msport with convenience package. Race artic blue exterior and congnac interior color combination is beautiful. My car has 797M wheels which are hard to come by. I truly enjoyed 1 year ownership i drove about 30,000 miles and enjoyed every mile in this excellent daily sports car! I averaged 28 mpg and the car has special technology that you can cruise without gas pedal when you are on flat or downhill road. Literally the car keeps going super cool. This car is technology masterpiece and a car with future technologies. If you are looking for luxury daily good on gas sports car look no further! I've looked at every cars on planet under $60k and 2021+ BMW 430i Msport is the best #1 choice.

I can’t express how much better BMW of Ridgefield, CT, was at every stage of my purchase compared to every other dealer I dealt with while searching for an i4. Every text message, phone call, test drive, and document signing was so clean, straightforward, and relaxed. It felt like I was working with actual humans, not just “salespeople”, which was unlike ANY other dealership I contacted. I fell in love with this car the first time I saw it. Arctic Silver over Black Leather , with the sunroof open I think it's the most beautiful car on the road. Threads into corners like a race car - engine note subtle but sweet- if you can find a well cared for low mileage example you won't be disappointed.

My wife's car was about 6 months away from end of lease and she decided that she drives too many miles and would like to buy her next car. So we decided to start looking. We first went back to our Mazda dealer and told them we were looking for a used car and gave our budget. We were basically told they didn't have any used vehicles (really?), and that we should wait and see if any promos run. I used to drive Altimas (I had 3 - last one in 2010) so I suggested she look at that car and we went to Rockland Nissan. We were immediately greeting by Michael, new to Nissan, but very nice and professional. After discussing what we wanted and that we didn't think we could get one right now, he looked at inventory andour budget, and found us a car we could get. So we agreed and filled out the paperwork - the only real hiccup was when we spoke to their finance manager - the monthly fee was higher than we were promised. The issue was my wife was over in miles on her lease so Tim O'keefe (the main guy there) came in, sat with us and in no time we had a deal at a price we were happy with.We got a 2017 Altima 3.5 SL with only about 35k miles for a very fair price. My wife LOVES the car and we couldn't be happier. Fast forward to the next day - she noticed some damage on the front bumper that wasn't disclosed. Perhaps no one noticed, but we took it back and without a thought, they agreed to fix it for free. Now I was so impressed with Tim that I told him (jokingly) I have about a year on my Mazda 6 and I'd love to get a new Altima. He asked me to come in the next day and he'd find a way to get me what I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. So i showed up early in the morning and Tim introduced me to Dave. A very experienced and excellent sales person - one of the best I've met in the industry. He was honest and patient and we went over everything I wanted. He showed me a few models and I fell in love with the 2019 Altima SL in Storm Blue (really nice color - looks almost black). We went back over to Tim and before I knew it, we had a deal. The only negative thing is I was there for six hours before I left with the car. They were very busy and I believe a bit understaffed. I have to say though, I LOVE this car and could not be happier with how I felt taken care of. This dealership treated me like I was their top priority (except when I had to wait for a while) and the overall experience was fantastic. 2 days - 2 Altimas. I'll be going back there for sure. Thanks to Tim, Dave, Michael, and the rest of the Rockland Nissan team!
