He even told me to call him anytime if I had questions or concerns. That level of care is rare. My experience was elevated even further by Finance Manager Isabella. Her energy was absolutely to the moon. She helped close the best deal I could find anywhere in the NY/NJ/CT tri-state area and the entire DMV region. She offered an unbeatable protection package at a discount, covering dents and mileage, and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. She also respected my time, wrapping up the paperwork quickly since she knew I had a four-hour trip back home. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. What a great experience! I was searching for a specific car for about 2 months with the options I wanted. I came across Eagle Automotives on my search and emailed my interest. The next day Guillermo, the owner/manager reached out to me and went over the car in full detail over the phone. The car was exactly what I wanted so I made the 4.5 hour trip from western PA to Virginia. When I got there, him and his mechanic were super nice and friendly. We chatted about cars for a bit, then they handed me the keys for a test drive and that was it. I was SOLD! I think it only took about 15 minutes of paperwork and I was on my way back home. Great experience purchasing a used Toyota 4Runner. If you are going to buy a car there ask for Karim. He was a great sales person to work with. The whole process was great from beginning to end with clear communication and no surprises.

Vehicle is a strong performer (no surprise here given its "M" designation. No disapointments in that regard. Sport seats are very supportive; especially with the lumbar support adjustability. Cabin tech is abysmal though. Not at all intuitive; functions nested down menus where you would never expect them. Owners manual is 480 pages! Really ! While the vehicle makes me smile quite often the complexity of the cabin tech has me cursing every time I start the vehicle. The so-called "Genius" program help line only works Mon. - Fri. Central time in the US! Not too happy about that either.

I had this car for 5 years. It was a pleasant experience. Pros: - Looks - even after 10 years it turns heads. It has an opportunity to become modern classic - Reliability - there have been a couple of glitches here and there but overall pleasantly surprised that the car held up so well. Mechanically the car is very strong - seats - the best seats in class. Overall room comfort is good even for 2 adults / 2 kids - storage - surprisingly huge amount of storage due to absence of spare Cons - Exhaust - horrible sound and really is the worst part about the car. You can’t hear it at all. For a car like that it’s mind blowing and makes driving weird. You need to swap it out when you buy it - audio - lame speakers, sound is very bad - a/c - weak in the summer, too hot in winter at the back and cannot regulate it - winter driving - can’t drive fast in snow with stock run flats. Overall the car is a mechanical marvel. No matter how you gun it you cannot reach performance ceiling. But it’s also good as a daily driver.
