Jon (Jonathan) is the best person you can ever ask for. He's just amazing. He TRULY cares. Micah from the service team has also been very helpful. They simply have a great team of caring experts who know KIA cars.
First off, I drove all the way here from San Francisco because I was lucky enough to initially be connected to Salesman Nick when I called one afternoon to check on the availability of a 2018 Kia Soul. He told me what he knew about the availability and told me he would call me back after checking on the specific vehicles options. Having had flaky car salesmen experiences in the past, I expected to not hear back. I was wrong! About 10 minutes later Nick called me back and provided me with all the information. He asked if I wanted to come in and I told him I would be in the next morning. He happily adjusted his schedule to meet me the next day. It was a complete pleasure working with Nick. He was happy to review all the bells and whistles of the car and it was clear he loved being able to sell Kia cars. On top of that, he was funny!
When it came to the price negotiations, I could have not wished for a better experience. Shout out to the Sales Manager Mark who was friendly, straight forward and fair.
The final chapter of the experience was the Finance Manager Servan who was really nice, low pressure finance guy. I am used to finance managers being pushy and trying to push all the "extras". Servan did not push at all! He reviewed the options, explained his opinions about the "extras" and did not push me with any guilt or fears (experienced all that at other dealerships).
I walked out with a brand new Kia Soul at a price that was fair and customer service that was exceptional. If you are in the market for a new car I highly suggest checking out Kia's and the friendly, fun service at Stevens Creek Kia.
Buying a car from them was quite smooth. They had many variations of the model I was looking for and were quite willing to show me every one they had in stock. They had posted sale prices online for some of the cars they had in stock but discounted others which were advertised at a higher price. Negotiations for the price were fairly quick. When signing the paperwork, there was the typical sales speech to sell me additional services but when I said I was not interested the sales talk stopped.
I had bought a different BMW from another dealer 5 years earlier. That dealer's service department gave me quite poor service. I often had to take my car back to them right after they serviced it. I checked online reviews and found Stevens Creek BMW seemed to have the best reputation. I had bought parts from the Stevens Creek BMW parts department and was quite satisfied with the experience.
I was seriously considering switching from BMW to Mercedes Benz but my experience with and the reputation of Stevens Creek BMW were enough keep me interested in a new BMW even though I have had excellent service provided for my old Mercedes by a nearby dealer.
I flew in from Phoenix az to purchase my 2015 BMW X4. Comparably equipped X4's in Arizona are $3000 more than United Imports price. But none had the color combination I wanted anyway. United did. Isaac knew the vehicle inside and out and didn't pressure me to buy. Transaction was smooth and quick and I was on my way back to Phoenix before the sun set. Btw, they have sooooooo many very nice pre owned vehicles. If cars are your weakness, stay away . You will want to buy something.
It was time to upgrade to a new BMW after driving a 2003 325i for over 15 years! John Poli helped me dial in the perfect upgrade vehicle. He was a great salesman...knowledgable, courteous, and thorough. I love my new car, and look forward to continuing my relationship with the MY BMW dealership.

My bmw retractable hardtop convertible has a problem with top reliability. Chris Almeida and his team, along with bmw North America, have been all over this issue with a tenacious effort to fix this problem. I???m very impressed with their thoroughness and attention to detail. Also, Chris is a good communicator and kept me abreast of their progress. This is a well run operation that gives me confidence. My compliments to the GM, Paul Giovino.
It is always nice to walk into the service center. They are always willing to listen to concerns, the person who handles the loaner vehicles always greets me warmly when I enter, and the women at the front desk always make me feel welcomed and is a great ending to the experience. The service attendants are busy so I don't always feel as comfortable, but every time I receive my vehicle after maintenance; it feels like a brand new car again every time. I have no real complaint and can't imagine working with a better BMW dealership.
Today, I took delivery of my new 2018 Mercedes. From the beginning till today, Doug DiTullio maintained the professionalism and courtesy throughout the entire process. He was prompt to answer all of my questions throughout the process and ensured that I was comfortable with all of my new vehicles operations before departing. I am extactic about new vehicle and even appreciate the bouquet of flowers. Nice touch. Thank you all.
