Very pleased with Juan Guerrero’s service, we had issues adding the car to our insurance but he was amazingly patient with all of that. I will definitely recommend anyone to go and see him! However I can not say the same about the finance person, he was making rude comments about my job and not very pleasant.

Christine Barta Service is the best service associate I have ever had after more than 20 years with the Bmw . She is helpful and always attentive to me and my course needs. She is a real asset to Bmw and the great service keeps me coming back to the stealer
2014 BMW 535 review
I purchased this car in 2017 it was a high mileage off lease corporate vehicle, 78K miles to be exact. Outside of normal wear and tear, the only issues I've had was/is a gasket somewhere that made smoke on the interior coming through the vents and my amplifier went out on me. The car now has a few miles under 200K and still runs like a dream.

I worked with Adam Davis and the team. This was by far the best experience I?ve had!! Everything was great!!!! The car was ready when I got there. The team explained everything to me. They made sure I was comfortable with the car. Other dealerships would be wise to adopt their ways of doing business!!!

2024 BMW i5 review
I have had EVs for over 10 years now. This car and my wife's 2025 I4 have fixed many of the aggravations I have had with the other vehicles the I5 M60 is the best EV and car I have owned yet. I hope BMW does not do something stupid and discontinue this model. It takes a a while for people to get used to a new technology. These cars are almost a perfect car. No gas stations, charge at home. PERFECT!

Mercedes-Benz of Bonita SpringsReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs review
I purchased two new Mercedes from Mercedes Benz in Bonita Springs, FL. I purchased a S-Class and a E-Class. The experience for buying both cars was excellent. They are very focused on customer satisfaction and met all of my requirements for the new cars I was looking to purchase. The process from agreeing to the purchase price to the financial management was outstanding. Delivery of the vehicle was very good with the expert they provided to explain all the features of the new car. I highly recommend this dealership.
2021 BMW 530 review
Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

Sean from drive up reception was great in helping direct me inside to whom I was going to work with. Dahiana Caba was very helpful and insightful with everything I asked her and needed. I shared with Mr. Reed (Service Manager) that his people were all very professional and assisted me each time I’ve had service to my vehicle. Frank Fenman and Nick Bastone were also great - both were were helpful with additional questions I had regarding g the purchase of a newer vehicle. Thank you for a great experience!

This was my first new car purchase since 2013, also at Germain Toyota. Rony Levy, my salesperson, was attentive, helpful and kept me posted on the status of my car purchase throughout the process. Because of Rony, my purchase was smooth and enjoyable. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and clearly and patiently answered my many questions. I highly recommended working with him.

Took my 2021 XC60 in to have the transmission serviced, fluid and filter changed. While there they recommended that the timing belt also should be changed as the vehicle had reached 100000 miles. Price to have this work done was very reasonable and they did all of the work that day, gave me a loaner car and was able to pick the car up by 4:30 the same day, kudos to the service department!
2021 BMW 540 review
Excellent performance and comfort. Rides well, quick and responsive. Hate the run flat tires, but other than that it is wonderful. I would suggest the industry not use run flat tires. Seems to have a shorter life and is a major pain if a flat occurs in a rural area.

2018 BMW 340 review
Bought a used one in November 2023 with 24k miles. Car pulls like a train in any gear. The sport transmission lets you shift and downshift at the moment you press the paddles. There’s no delay. I typically drive the car in sport+. I was able to hit 60 in 4.2 seconds without launch control. I can’t totally speak for reliability but the car so far is good. I have only driven 1000 miles with the car though. The cons I noticed are The dual climate zones don’t have a sync button. So you manually have to change both climate controls, The plastic ac unit cover is pretty flimsy and bends in when you push hard, the trunk button sits a little low for you push when your in the drivers seat. It’s near the front hoodlatch. Most cars have the lock button on the door, for the bmw f30, it’s on top of the hazard lights which is in the center console, also, the Ambient lighting has two lights, orange or white. And both are really dim. Most of these “cons” are personal things. The car drives wonderful and handles amazing. Would recommend this car.
