Loyal Motors LLCReviews
Loyal Motors LLC review
I spent a lot of time searching for a replacement for my damaged 2011 Audi Avant, and Jon at Loyal Motors went out of his way to to make a great deal on a 2014 Audi Allroad. We all know the perils of buying a used car, but what really matters most is working with someone who really cares about delivering a quality automobile at a fair price. Jon is that someone. He works hard at finding quality vehicles, and his limited inventory reflects the care he takes in selecting the best cars he can find. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with my shopping experience.
2016 BMW X3 review
The most practical car we ever bought, combination of luxury and performance is the best we ever had. The X3 has great traction for winter and the 6 cylinder turbo has plenty of power and super smooth even in comfort mode.

Del Sol Auto SalesReviews
Del Sol Auto Sales review
Bought a 2012 Ford Mustang GT Premium this afternoon from Del Sol and it was an excellent experience. The rep who managed the buying process, Victor, was friendly, professional, informed and, best of all, not aggressive or pushy. The car is in wonderful shape and was acquired below market value, so I got a great deal. The entire staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and I have no hesitation recommending Del Sol to any and all prospective buyers. Special thanks to Victor for making the buying process painless.
2017 BMW X3 review
STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Here's links to my issues with the car they sold me! https://thebassplayer.com/BMW-Bill.pdf https://thebassplayer.com/BMW-1.mp4 If I don't get a check by the end of the month, a lawyer friend told me it's a slam dunk in small claims count.

The dealership is about 160 miles away from where I live, so I communicated via email and phone before making the drive. I received fair value for my trade, the vehicle I wound up purchasing was as described and ready, and there was no pressure at any time during the process.

Responsive, friendly and knowledgeable team. I highly recommend them. I have been shopping for a used car for awhile and they have been super helpful.
2022 BMW X3 review
It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

Auto Connections of BellevueReviews
Auto Connections of Bellevue review
Buying a used car from Keith and Stu at Auto Connections was extremely straightforward, efficient, and stress-free. When I inquired online about one of their listed cars, Stu responded promptly by email and invited me to come in at my convenience to see and test drive the car, but with no sense of a hard sell or pressure. When I came in, the car was cleaned and sanitized, ready for a safe test drive, which they allowed me to do on my own for as long as I wanted. The result was the well-prepped, mechanically faultless car sold itself. When I decided to move forward with the buying process, salesperson Keith was very easy to work with, again with no hard selling. The dealership was happy to negotiate and I feel the agreed-upon price was reasonable, and arrived at without stress on either side. Because I wasn't doing a trade-in and had come to the dealership with my primary car, the dealership helped get the car I'd just bought delivered to my home. All in all, I was impressed with everyone at Auto Connections, and had the easiest, most relaxed buying experience I've ever encountered. I definitely would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

2015 BMW X5 review
I’ve owned two 2015 X5D’s - daily driven for 7 years for a combined 173,000 miles (sales job), I averaged 29MPG on each tank in mixed driving (38+mpg on hwy using renewable diesel in CA), and it’s been so much more reliable than any gas car I’ve owned… The only car that compares in reliability is two BMW 328 diesels I’ve owned - I’m not going back to gas cars. I may consider Cayenne diesel as the only other alternative daily driver, otherwise I’ll stay with X5 diesels.

2016 BMW X3 review
I had this car for several years. In that time, it was a great car. The only downside to the car was the fact that it was a BMW, so I couldn't take it to any old mechanic shop to get the oil changed. The car has great pickup and breaking, and is great for long distance rides. It's a smaller SUV, but there's still plenty of room. And when I got into an accident, it functioned correctly and kept me and other safe. The airbags deployed like they were supposed to. The only reason I ever got rid of this car was because it was totaled.

2019 BMW X5 review
We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)

2026 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
I had casually considered electric cars the last few years and this year took a hard look at electric options, specifically BMW i4 xdrive 40. I couldn't be more pleased with the "electrifing" power of the i4, which seems faster than my two previous M340s. BMW offers the advanatages of an electric vehicle with its trademark high performance and sporty handling. Every friend who has test drove my i4 has been VERY impressed.

2026 BMW X5 PHEV review
I traded in my 2023 X5 45e and a 2026 X5 50e. I loved the 2023 and thought I would keep it longer but my local dealer had a 2026 loaner X5 that they were selling at a big discount. It has the more improved Driver Professional Pro package, a $2500 option which includes a self driving option on the interstates. The 50e had many issues in its first model year that BMW has fixed for the 2026 model the last year before the major redesign in 2027. The battery is warranty is now 100000 miles rather than the 80000 on the 45e. The Driver Professional Pro usually is only on the M model upgrades which didn’t want so this fix the bill for a timely replacement before the major redesign in 2027.

BMW Seattle review
I want to thank Colin K at BMW Seattle for assisting me with the 2011 Toyota Runner. I have been looking for over a year to replace my 2015. He was extremely kind hearted and welcoming, as I would hope. He explained the process and procedures of the sale, followed the safety regs, and was offering a nice warm cup of cocoa during the coldest weather. He is truly an asset to the business and sales team. No pressure and humble which is hard to find in that industry. I will recommend in the future, to contact him to fellow buyers.

Had an excellent experience with my BMW engine oil service. The staff were extremely professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the process. The pickup and drop-off were arranged perfectly by the team and everything was handled right on time. The car was returned perfectly serviced, vacuum-cleaned, and in excellent condition, with no issues whatsoever. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the smooth, hassle-free service. Great job by the entire team?I?m very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend their service!

Richard was great. Very informative and friendly. There was no pressure at all and he was patient with me while dealing with my bank and insurance company. Thanks again!

The ultimative driving machine! Very expensive car but well worth it in every aspect! I hope the car will find someone as me, that throughly appreciates it for what it is!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Good Chevrolet, and I can't express enough how impressed I was with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth, efficient, and freaking enjoyable. Firstly, I have to commend Preston Heurion, the salesman who assisted me throughout the process. Preston was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly personable. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that the car I chose was the perfect fit for me. His friendly and professional demeanor made the entire experience a breeze. What truly set this dealership apart was the remarkable speed at which everything was handled. Preston went above and beyond to expedite the process. He took care of the appraisal for my trade-in with precision, ensuring that I received a fair and competitive value. The paperwork was handled seamlessly, and he had everything ready for me when I arrived at the dealership. It was evident that Preston and the team at Good Chevrolet value their customers' time. Overall, my experience at Good Chevrolet was the fastest and best I've had when working with a dealership. If you're in the market for a new vehicle and want a stress-free, efficient, and enjoyable buying process, I highly recommend Good Chevrolet. Have this car for 3 years and it’s been nothing but pleasure. Subtle looking on the outside, cruising beast on the inside. Drove other BMWs and not have been as boss feeling car as this one.

CarMax Beaverton review
I had my oil changed at the Beaverton, OR location on 09/20/19. As I arrived, Adam was waiting for me, walked up to my car and greeted me with a positive smile. Also, Adam was very attentive and answered my question of when my next oil change is due, scheduled my future oil change right away. I respect Adam's customer service.
2023 BMW 530e review
Amazing car. My first PHEV. Charges itself while you drive, charges at home on a normal outlet, and gets great mileage anyway if you don't want to charge it. 0 to 60 in under 6 seconds. Classic BMW smooth and quiet feel and luxury interior. Handles really well, great sound system. The only down side is that now I have to buy the wifey one. ;)

I have purchased two vehicles from Carmax I did not feel I was being taken advantage of. I received more for my trade in than expected. I have recommended them to friends and family.
2018 BMW X5 eDrive review
40e doesn't cost that much more than the 6 cylinder and I am averaging 45mpg. Nice federal tax rebate and I get 800 miles on a tank of gas. Plus parking spots reserved for charging are generally primo and available. This car is the same 0-60 as the 6cyl, but smoother and quicker off the line. I just use a standard outlet in my garage, so a full charge takes 7 hours over night. Public charging spots are 3 times as fast. I take the car on road trips without charging and it operates like a normal X5. No downside to getting the hybrid that I can tell.
