My wife and I were interested in various Range Rover models, and Patrick made the experience both enjoyable and non-pressure filled. We came on a Saturday afternoon, and the team stayed behind past closing hours to make sure the experience was first class - Patrick even stayed an hour after close to make sure he could answer any questions on the car we purchased before we left. I traveled from CT on 7/14 to view a BMW Z3M 2000 Auto Showcase picked me up and dropped me off at the airport.(thanks Miles)When I got to the showroom the cat was ready for the test drive.(lots of fun)There was no pressure to buy but I did. The car arrived in MA on the evening of 7/17.I have bough a lot of cars over the years best experience yet. Thanks agene Jim.
Even though i did not purchase a car here! But we had a great experience. Sales personal were professional and not pushy at all. You can test drive with confidence. The selection of cars are top of the line. We test drove a 2012 audi 2.0T premium plus AWD and it had low miles , luxury and speed. I recommend the dealer to everyone that love a touch of class.
After shopping around at few different dealerships, including the big BMW dealerships... I am extremely happy that I ended up here. My salesman Andrew was not pushy and hands down extremely knowledgeable. He dedicated his time to me and answered all the questions I had. Prices are noticeably lower and vehicles are in good condition. I waited to write this review and just want to say that I recommend this dealer to anyone thats looking for a used vehicle. My X5 has been bringing nothing but happiness thus far.

This was the best car buying experience that I’ve ever had. All transactions were via the phone/internet without any hassle. The salesman Naz was extremely helpful and the finance rep Travis was fantastic. I was nervous about purchasing a vehicle sight unseen and over the internet, but the team at Platinum made it so easy. They arranged car financing, vehicle transport to Connecticut and an INCREDIBLE warranty to go along with a super price on my vehicle. I would definitely recommend Platunum to anyone who was interested in one of their vehicles. I would look to them first when buying in the future!!
I have bought many cars over the years and have been a loyal Lexus owner. I was disappointed in the newest design of the Lexus fleet, so felt the need to look around. I had stopped into your dealership a number of years ago and had worked with Tom Brandt. Although, I opted to return to Lexus, Tom had left a favorable impression and I had saved his contact info on my phone. So I looked him up. Tim was very professional. His approach was laid back, no pressure whatsoever and his enthusiasm for BMW was infectious. We took a short test drive in an executive driven 530. I loved the car and came back to buy it a couple of days later. Jori was terrific as well and I was in a hurry. She got me out of there in no time. I came back a week later to learn the ins and outs of the car. I hated to leave Bredemann. I only hope the rest of my experience at your dealership will match my buying experience.

I was interested a pre-owned Acura that the Autobarn had for sale. I had discussed the car with one of the sales managers, Jonathan, on the phone the day before, and had done my research. I called the morning of our visit and spoke to Sam to arrange a test drive. When we arrived, our salesman Sam was waiting for us, and the car was prepped for our test drive. The car was as described on their website - no surprises. We decided to purchase the car. The whole process of negotiating a sales price and valuing our trade was really easy and smooth. We never felt the pressure that is common at car dealers. Their finance person Chris got us a really good rate on our loan, even making calls to people he knows at the various local banks. We are very happy with our experience at the Autobarn.
Claudia Zires was extremely helpful during the buying, financing, and general sales experience. We drove over 8 hours to get the car that suited me and everything was exactly as she said it was, no surprises, just a quick buying process. She even had our truck that we traveled in washed while we went over the financing options. I highly suggest anyone who is looking to buy a car to consider the Autobarn Mitsubishi of Evanston during their search.
Although it wasn???t the deal we ideally wanted, I must say how excellent of a customer service that Claudia rendered to myself and my dad. She was prompt with the 2016 Prius to take it for a test drive and at the same time was very friendly. She diligently sought her manager as we negotiated prices and handled the paperwork flawlessly as we closed the deal. I would recommend her as one of the top sales representative at the dealership. I came to the dealership and everyone work there came to meet me. The particular car I wanted was waiting on me when I arrived .my sale person was Claudia Zires was very knowledgeable. I promise this was the best experience I ever had a a dealership.the finance manager Steve was very up front with me everyone was honest from start.
We drove by Midway Dodge and saw a beautiful red truck and decided to stop in and take a look at it. We came in and met with Edgar Garcia and he explained everything to us about the truck and also got us a better price! Go see Edgar for a great deal!
