King Volkswagen review
I purchased a new car from Alex at King, all the paperwork was done online and they made the experience quick, easy and very transparent. And they drove an hour to deliver the car as I don't live near their dealership. It couldn't have gone better and the price was fair!

had an awesome experience buying my car here from start to finish. Honestly, after dealing with a bunch of pushy salespeople at other lots, this place was a breath of fresh air. They made the whole process super easy, fast, and completely stress-free.
2023 BMW iX review
Only 2000 miles of which 500 is highway. First positive impressions are: extraordinary quiet, impressive acceleration, above average ride and comfort. Great front and side vision. Very comfortable seats. Lots of interior room. Negatives are: incredibly complex systems to do simple things, exterior styling is an "acquired taste", rear vision is marginal. Odd door handles inside and outside. It is still too early to make a definitive assessment of this vehicle. Other than an intermittent annoying creak in the passenger window area that is hard to replicate at the dealership, the build quality seems very good. This is not a big Lexus or Mercedes sedan, but rather a very good SAV. Range is 300+ with the 21" wheels. Charging is easy and relatively fast with a good DC charger. True 11KwH on 48 amp home charger. Driver assistance package works well. Steering is a little light but no issues with the shape of the wheel. There will be some adjustment to this type of vehicle, but it has been easier than I anticipated. Registering it as an EV, leased out of state, was a frustrating experience and the extra fees for EV licensing are ridiculous.

Elite Auto Brokers review
Came to the dealership interested in a test drive and purchase of a used car I found on Carfax. It was exactly the vehicle I wanted, and it was in exactly the condition the listing described. The price they gave me was exactly what was listed online. The test drive and purchase process was relatively quick, and very easy with a lot of digital technology instead of the endless paper forms like the days of old. The office was clean and comfortable. They gave us significantly more for our trade-in than KBB estimated. Overall no complaints, they are a straight shooting dealer. If you like the price they list online, and you like the vehicle in the condition listed, go talk to them and buy it. Can't get any easier than that.

Jaguar Land Rover West Columbia review
I worked with Alex and Fernando to get a deal that worked for me. They were honest, helpful and professional. Gave me a more than fair trade-in offer on my car. We drove down from NJ to pickup our gorgeous 2023 Range Rover Velar. Have a great 7 year warranty for it and couldn't be happier with the vehicle. Well worth the 3 1/2 hour ride to get our new vehicle.

BMW of Owings MillsReviews
BMW of Owings Mills review
Recently I purchased probably my tenth vehicle from BMW of OwingsMills formally known as Northwest BMW. As always it was an easy transaction. This is why we keep coming back… Everyone is friendly and welcoming they continue to go the extra step to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your purchase. The employees may have changed over the years but the standards and expectations as a customer are still exceptional. From the Sales Department, to the Technicians and the Service department and every where in between you can expect to be treated with professionalism, courtesy and respect. Which is why I would highly recommend BMW of Owings Mills everyday.

My buying experience working with Bryan Hidalgo was outstanding! Bryan was knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy. After getting a having a runaround experience from another dealer that left me angry and upset I found BMW of Annapolis to be refreshing. I felt It was a straightforward process and fair for all parties. Reina in finance even saved me money on tags something I appreciated. As a result I will dive the hour and half one way to have my car serviced with them moving forward. I highly recommend BMW of Annapolis and Bryan Hidalgo.

Passport BMWReviews
Passport BMW review
Jon Garrett, Sales Consultant at Passport BMW, exceeded my expectations. From my first inquiry about the 2026 BMW X3, Jon was responsive and knowledgeable. He showed real passion for his work and care for his customers. The process was efficient and stress-free. Jon respected my time and completed the transaction in a couple of hours, as promised. Jon’s professionalism and warmth made the experience enjoyable. He introduced me to Jay, the finance manager, who was also outstanding. Jay’s expertise and attention to detail stood out. He explained everything transparently and made sure I felt confident and informed. His professionalism made the paperwork process smooth and pleasant. Neb, a true BMW guru, took the time to walk me through every new feature of my X3. He answered all my questions with patience and enthusiasm. Neb made me feel comfortable with the technology and genuinely excited about my new car. While training Marie, who was also exceptionally professional and eager to learn, Neb ensured nothing was overlooked. Their teamwork and support were evident. I felt I was in the best possible hands. The Passport BMW team exceeded my expectations in every way. This was my best BMW purchase yet—I've bought six before. I deeply appreciate the care, expertise, and dedication from Jon, Jay, Neb, and Marie. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a world-class car-buying experience. I look forward to working with them again and will share my positive experience with friends and family. Thank you to the entire team for making my experience outstanding and unforgettable.
2021 BMW X7 review
I could not be more happy with this vehicle. It is amazingly quiet and comfortable, but still fun to drive. It has tons of space and the interior is impeccable. The technology is top-notch and intuitive. This one is the turbo I6 and is faster than it feels (so smooth and quiet), but lacks the “hold your breath” acceleration of the V8.

2024 BMW X7 review
Most comfortable ride in an SUV I have been in. Handles very well, accelerates very fast and does not feel like you are driving that fast. Gas mileage has averaged 22 mpg. I like that the X7 has a third row and many features to it and really like using the My BMW app instead of carrying a key with me. There is a lot of technology in the X7 which takes time to understand on how to use.

Passport BMW review
I purchased a Portimao Blue certified pre-owned 2025 BMW I4 xDrive40, after trading in my Aventurin Red 2024 BMW X3. I called and spoke with someone named Teric, explained what I was looking to do. He said the car was available and to come by... he'll have it ready outside for me to test drive. This was 11:30AM on a Saturday, seemed very nice and we started texting to keep each other in the loop. I texted over my VIN and mileage ahead of time on my X3. Went to eat lunch and headed over and met 1:15pm, as planned. I gave him the keys to the X3, we went for a test drive... I loved the car. I showed then the quote I got from Carmax, they not only matched it but came up on the trade offer being they couldn't budge on the sales price. At the end of the day, they earned my business and were extremely cordial throughout the process. Purchased the vehicle at a fair price, they got a great trade in vehicle in return. Also, finance office did not try to sell me on anything... this was such a great car buying experience. And as someone who plans to stay with the brand, I will be coming back here for my next purchase. I live closer to the Silver Spring BMW dealership, literally 10 min away. But I will put up with the 40 minutes of traffic on my way to Passport BMW, because this is how the car buying experience should go!
2024 BMW X5 PHEV review
Prior to my purchasing a 2024 BMW X5 plug in hybrid, I had both an electric and gas powered cars due to a fear of traveling long distances with an electric vehicle. I researched both traditional hybrid and plug in hybrid coming to conclusion that plug in was perfect for my needs. BMW X5 e had the longest range so I decided to purchase one a month ago. I have driven the car approximately 900 miles on one and a half tank of gas and several nightly charges. The quality of the car is exceptional and I love the performance. I would highly recommend this car.

Easterns Automotive Group of Laurel review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience at Easterns Automotive (Laurel) – A Shoutout to Mr. Lorenzo Joseph! From the moment I walked into the Easterns Automotive Laurel location, I knew I was in good hands. The dealership itself was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere—but what truly made my experience exceptional was the customer service provided by Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. Mr. Joseph went above and beyond to ensure my car-buying experience was seamless and stress-free. From the initial greeting to handing me the keys, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right vehicle. He took the time to understand my needs and budget, provided expert recommendations without any pressure, and answered every question I had with honesty and professionalism. His calm demeanor, transparency throughout the process, and commitment to making sure I left happy made all the difference. Purchased CPO 2024 and got a great deal so I didn’t pay the new car price, but WHAT A CAR! Best EV IMO but I love driving it. It’s a unique car. I initially disliked the front grill, but what’s cool is the self-healing aspect so no chips. Gets great range, and the assist pro driving is incredible. I only wish it had paddle shifters, fog lights, and handles above the door. Of course it’s overengineered as BMWs are, but it’s a great daily driver and road trip worthy. Two months in and no regrets.

BMW of Owings Mills review
Very professional used car sales staff. An informed buyer can get a good deal, without the pain and headaches that can certainly be encountered at other dealers.
2025 BMW X1 review
Car delivers more than I expected. Two must have options are Technology Package and Driver Assistance Plus - that combination is hard to find. Sport seats are very comfortable. Lack of knobs and buttons is an issue - miss them. There is a huge learning curve transitioning to a touch screen. You must absolutely make use of the BMW "Genius" service. Highway MPG exceeds advertised value.

Passport BMW review
I traveled from Madison, WI to Passport BMW in Maryland to purchase a pre-owned car. It was an excellent experience! I worked with Charles Walker - who made this deal possible - and he was professional, polite, knowledgeable and straightforward in every respect. This dealership is a no-nonsense, class act!!
2020 BMW X1 review
Love the car. Has all the room I need and a decent motor. However, I am a "car guy" and nitpick little things because I like my car to be perfect 1. Had to replace motor mounts at around 30,000 miles. Fortunately covered under extended warranty. 2. I will soon be replacing front inside door handles. This is known problem with the materials used. 3. Car goes through batteries pretty quickly, three in six years. $550.00 each time. 4. Very difficult to come to a smooth stop due to "grabby" brakes. Another common complaint. Despite the above I love the car and its utility.

2024 BMW X7 review
Just bought the BMW X7.Overall a great ride. The interior needs help. Your phone is charged behind you drinks. Who thought of that. There is no place in the car to store your phone at all. Only two cup holders up front. Me pesonally have a dog and he needs his cup too. Trunk has no storage compartments. Hello, we have stuff. The front seats seem a little tight. A lot to learn with all the apps Overall a great car little thought on the details.

BMW of Owings Mills review
Had experience of buying my x5 yesterday. Our sale advisor Karen was very good. Nice, friendly and very attentive. Thank you, Karen.
2024 BMW iX review
I love this car, it has all the bells and whistles of a luxury car and a 300 mile range, full electric. I had the level 2 charger hooked up at my house and haven't been to the gas station since! This car does things I didn't even know it does--it can parallel park itself, pull out of a parking position by itself by using your phone (if you are parked too close to other vehicles to open door or if the car is in a muddy spot). After driving up to my gate callbox a few times (the clicker doesn't work so I have to enter the code) the car noticed I rolled the window down at that location, and asked if I'd like to have it automatically lower when we approach (which I do)! I love being able to put my foot under the hatchback if my hands are full and the trunk opening automatically. I was worried about running out of a charge, and granted, I haven't gone on any long trips yet, but charging overnight at home works perfectly fine for day to day usage. It is an expensive car, but I got a great deal leasing it and I think it's worth it. Slightly less trunk space than the x5 which I had before this, but as my kids have grown and moved out, I don't really need it as much. Surprising amount of torque--my husband was impressed.

BMW MINI of AnnapolisReviews
BMW MINI of Annapolis review
I visited this past weekend to have my vehicle serviced for a recall issue that needed to be addressed. I had a scheduled appt. I was welcomed and tended to upon my arrival. The facility was clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly. The service took a little longer than expected. While I waited I was updated about other things that needed to be addressed with my vehicle and given the option to have those things completed or deferred.
2026 BMW X5 PHEV review
I traded in my 2023 X5 45e and a 2026 X5 50e. I loved the 2023 and thought I would keep it longer but my local dealer had a 2026 loaner X5 that they were selling at a big discount. It has the more improved Driver Professional Pro package, a $2500 option which includes a self driving option on the interstates. The 50e had many issues in its first model year that BMW has fixed for the 2026 model the last year before the major redesign in 2027. The battery is warranty is now 100000 miles rather than the 80000 on the 45e. The Driver Professional Pro usually is only on the M model upgrades which didn’t want so this fix the bill for a timely replacement before the major redesign in 2027.

Unlimited Motors review
This dealer is the bomb, I drove six hours to get to the dealership and the car that I drove to see was exactly how they described. Closed the deal within 1 hr. When I got home I looked for the wheel lock nut and it wasn’t there, went to dealer locally and bought one. Let unlimited motors know about the transaction and they refunded me for the part. Very, very satisfied with this dealershio

CarMax WestboroughReviews
CarMax Westborough review
I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.
2021 BMW X5 review
First, I want to address the KAREN who left a zero stars review and put a very small dent in this establishment's reputation. It's folks like you who are the real PROBLEM! You wanted your title immediately because you feel so entitled to demand things immediately as if everything is a fast food drive thru! I'll take a wild guess that you were probably informed that the title was in transit and on its way to the dealership. However, you wanted to rub a genie lantern and have it instantly appear! Bro or Madam, GO KICK ROCKS! As for my experience with The Car House family, it was a joy and a pleasure doing business with you all. There was NO pressure to buy any of the vehicles I took out for a spin. I was blessed to have one of the sales managers himself, Saeed, personally take care of me and he did exactly that. There was no rush to fill out a credit application, agree to buy or even sign anything. Instead, he helped me understand that as the customer, I have to love the car for myself before anything else. Anyhow, I had the most amazing, pleasurable and #1 car buying experience in my entire lifetime of buying vehicles and I'm 56 years old and have purchased many over the years. So, don't be afraid to let these folks earn your business. I promise that you won't be sorry or feel like you wasted your time........... That is, unless you're a KAREN! God bless
