Great experience with Joe Ibrahim! Easiest 5 stars I've given. I went in on the defensive and ready to face the "used car dealer" and I was immediately put as ease by Joe's demeanor and wanting to make you a happy customer. I came with family to look at a couple cars but not ready to make a decision...that was good with Joe. I came back to test drive and he insisted and extended test drive to include highway, again to make sure I was happy. I had a trade and already had offers and Joe and Zack stepped up and did me justice. The staff was excellent through all the paperwork; smiling, offering me coffee, tea, water...their kindness almost made me suspicious ha ha. I walked away yesterday with a car, a warranty (well priced) and repairs/prep that allows me to walk away confident in my purchase for my daughter. Two thumbs up for Joe and staff!

2020 BMW X7 review
A give this car a good rating after 1 year of ownership. Very capable to carry a 6 people comfortably and still maintain a sporty feel. A sure footed space craft that stands out in a crowded SUV market. If you have 22 inch wheels, get the All season tires continental Extreme Contact rear tires. They won't show up as recommended for your car unless you input the tire size on your search. The Bowers and Wilkins is a must have if you love great audio and the tow hitch is worth it as well. So many USBC connections to go around with a welcome third row sunroof to keep the backseat riders feeling special. You really have to spend time with the tech to appreciate this car. I prefer this year model over the newer ones that don't have the physical buttons, especially the AC controls. The captain seats are great and allows you to mostly skip moving them in slow motion to access the third row. This big baby Rolls moves quicker than you would expect and does it without effort in sport mode. Don't overpay if its not optioned out. Thats where BMW shines.

My husband and I have bought cars in the past, and were always left with a bad taste in our mouth. Biener Audi in Great Neck was the exact opposite experience. They did not try to push us into buying, they were considerate and extremely thorough through the entire process. We went to the dealership to test drive the Audi Q7 and did not intend on buying the same day. We wanted to get as much information as we could before discussing it and making a decision. Our salesperson, Danny, could not be more friendly or accommodating. He answered all of our questions and guided us professionally. When we advised that we would not be buying that day, he was understanding and did not make us feel pressured or act like the typical salesperson. The next day, we went back to the dealership and bought our new truck in a timely manner. Our 2 year old was with us through the entire process and everything still went very smoothly. Furthermore, the facility is extremely well kept. There is ample space for customers to sit and wait. We eventually went and sat in the service area where they offered complimentary drinks and snacks, and a wonderful woman came by to give my son a coloring but and crayons! Our family could not be happier with our first experience buying a luxury car. We know we made the right choice with Biener Audi.

Service by advisor Jaime Gonzalez and team for 2023 X1 scheduled 20K work was attentive, timely and complete. Tires replacement was recommended with even 4mm wear (with 2 mm bald tire warning for follow up) and this appears to be driven by the dealership legal team, who previously and separately at their sibling dealership refused to mount my new owner-provided Tire Rack tires on my 2019 Mini Cooper, which I found to be aggravating and dissatisfying. Hoping to get 30-40K out of my current BMW OEM tires (for which Jaime provided a replacement quote) and to continued excellent service by BMW of Darien.
2024 BMW X3 review
Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

2024 BMW X5 review
I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

2023 BMW X5 review
Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

2024 BMW X5 review
Purchased 2 months ago. Driven only 535 miles. Still on the dealership's tank of gas and have 300 mile range left on remaining gas. Most drives are within 10-15 miles of my home. A couple of 20-30 mile trips so far (40-60 miles round trip). At this rate, it could be 2024 before needing to fill the tank for the first time. Thrown the X5 into Sports Mode a few times to experience the power but routinely use electric only. Stable, great control, heads up display best I've seen, autobraking and sense of the road is great. Good visibility and neither too sporty or too luxury. It's just right.

2022 BMW X3 review
It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

2017 BMW X3 review
STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Upon first impression I wasn’t sure how this was going to go. There was no receptionist and there was no organization as to who to speak to once I got there. But once I was placed with my sales manager Alex, the experience became a different story. He was helpful, professional, but very real. He didn’t xxxxxxxx, lie, or act like he knew things he didn’t, which I appreciate! Even though I was liking at a used Ford he didn’t try to sell me in something I didn’t want. He just gave his honest opinions and knowledge to help me make my decision. I didn’t buy right away, which was actually encouraged by him, to see the other vehicle I had in mind. Even gave me tips on what to look for when seeing other used vehicles, which was welcomed. After viewing the other vehicle and having the exact opposite experience with a local Ford dealer, I chose to go with car at Toyota of Hackensack even without an CPO certification, simply because I just trusted them more, they were upfront with all the costs. Alex didn’t try to slip anything by me when we sat down for pricing. The price was exactly what I expected to pay given the sticker price. I was assisted with getting a great rate on insurance by the dealership, and the finance guy Steve was just as helpful and easy to work with. They matched a finance rate I was approved for by another bank. Steve didn’t hard sell me on an extended warranty, but explained everything pretty well and gave me time to think and research. Overall I came away with a very good experience and so far, a great car. I would definitely recommend dealing with Alex and Steve at Toyota of Hackensack!

2025 BMW X3 review
I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.
