2026 BMW M5 review
Excellent engineering and styling in the '26 M5 Touring. Excellent handling. Missing are massaging seats and soft close doors for a vehicle in this price range. Wish there were softer suspension options. Beautiful vehicle and the Touring turns heads, as does the sedan

Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.

Luxury Car Outlet review
My Fiancé was talking with Brandon, (General Manager)for about a month or so on the Mercedes G Wagon. Brandon was awesome, and a very respectable gentleman. He went above and beyond for us on our purchase. We are from Arkansas, and we drove 578.6 miles to West Chicago, traded in my Range Rover for the G-Wagon. Brandon stayed after hours, patiently waited for our arrival. Everything about our meet with Brandon was very much of a Blessing. Thank you Brandon for all your help and patience. It was a pleasure working with you. The drive back home to Arkansas in my G-Wagon was all so amazing. We did not have any issues with the vehicle. I will be purchasing my next summer car from Luxury Car Outlet! See you soon Brandon and Thanks for the great hospitality and wonderful customer service!!

I was out of state and was looking to sell my mk5 Supra, the guys over at Motor Cars Chicago didn’t waste any time made the transaction very seamless, we went back and forth over text for a few days and transport guy just arrived at my house like a prime package 🤣. They won’t. Lowball you or give you wholesale value for your ride like other dealerships definitely reccomend checking them out!
2025 BMW M5 review
The M5 is a beast. It is like 3 cars in one:1), an all electric automobile for 33 miles,2) a twin turbo V-8 hybrid with zero lag,3) a roomy/comfortable cruiser. It is missing a couple items that should be standard or available such as soft close doors and seat message. Otherwise, this is the best of both worlds.

2017 BMW 330 review
The BMW 330i from 2017 is my favorite BMW it has just enough legroom for me and my family but what I do not like about it is that it does not have a moonroof and the CID screen is too small and there is not very much AC controls in the back.

Exclusive Auto HausReviews
Exclusive Auto Haus review
We recently purchased a 2021 BMW X7 from Exclusive, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience. From start to finish, they took exceptional care of me, my wife, and our kids, which truly meant a lot to us. The entire team was professional, honest, patient, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. They answered all of our questions clearly, made the process smooth, and treated us like family—not just another sale. The vehicle was exactly as described, in excellent condition, and the whole buying experience was stress-free. It’s rare these days to find a place that genuinely cares about its customers, especially families, but Exclusive went above and beyond. If you’re looking for a quality vehicle and an amazing customer experience, this is the place to go. We are extremely happy with our BMW X7 and will definitely be coming back in the future.
2015 BMW 328 review
I bought my 328i over 6 years ago with just a little over 35,000. I now have 105,000 on. It's a blast to drive. It was very reliable until I reached close to the 100k. Around 96,000 miles the oil pan gasket started to leak. Had to get it repaired ($600 - $700). Not too long there after, the valve cover started to leak oil ($700-$800). Started to get a check engine light around 105,000 miles - thermostat housing needed replacing ($428.00). After some research, I found that the water pump would also fail shortly after the thermostat, replaced it with thermostat ($1,049). After inspection, it looks like engine mounts needing replacing ($390). Hopefully, this is it for now. High mileage BMW's expenses will start to add up. Otherwise, fun car to drive if you are will to invest additional $$$ to keep it running

I bought a 2004 buck lasabre priced at $2900 for $2600 plus tax. Gina sold me the car. She met my needs and I am a pleased customer!! I will recommend her. Thanks Gina!!
2007 BMW 328 review
Purchased my 07 BMW 328xi (E90) quite used, with 189,000 miles on it, and nearly no issues at all but for a badly-needed head unit upgrade and probably a systems software update (since it has no USB drives built into it, I'm unable to download and install the system software updates myself. Not a huge fan of the clonky iDrive or whatever it's called; seems a bit overkill. The factory DVD drive exclusively for Nav installation updates (that are now so beyond obsolete, they aren't even available,) is one of the more ridiculous decisions BMW made with this car. No full-size spare on extra rim in the trunk, which I thought was a German automotive norm, having owned four Audi A4s prior to this BMW. I was more than a little disappointed to find not only no full-size spare, but not even the space for one if you wanted one, and not even a spare tire of any sort, not even a lousy donut. And I get it, BMW has great faith in their "run-flat" tires. But every Audi I've owned has had not only factory run-flat tires, but ALSO the full-size spare rim and tire in a special compartment under the trunk. I'm stumped as to this continued oversight in BMW's decisions. The trunk location of the battery was a surprise, though now, having located three individual positive charging prods (two on the battery in the trunk, one on the upper left near the washer fluid reservoir,) I am decidedly a fan of having flexibility in car positioning for jumping other cars. I can't be positive, but I assume the floor mats that came with mine are factory, based on what I've seen online and the weird and raggedy shape of these horrendous things. Total fail, if so. I've had better stock floor mats in junky minivans than these frumpy little, not-quite-sized-right and with a weird flap of carpeting that sticks nearly onto the accelerator pedal itself, although it's unable to be tucked at all into the space underneath the pedals. Yuck. I expected better than these. Factory speakers throughout entire car still nearly mint, sound fantastic, and the audio controls allow for some pretty unique audio options (like the option to have the music automatically increase in volume as the car increases in speed lol. That's a funky little quirky. Um, can we real talk, BMW, about this whole outdated 90's-style popout cupholder situation? 🤔 I won't pretend to understand what the heck went on during that embarrassing decision, but man, that's not a good look or functional, you guys. Yeesh. Otherwise, so far so good. Smooth, comfy, classic style, beautiful paint color, impressive little car.

Perillo BMW review
Alan S. was upfront / transparent on pricing and patient helping us figure out what we need, bouncing between models and trims. Appreciated the follow-up after buying to see how things were going and if we had any questions. Very helpful w/r/t getting the most out of the vehicles functionality after driving it for a week.
