I bought a Subaru Forester from this location because they had the best turn around time, most competitive prices, great stock inventory, as well as a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Robert helped me tremendously to negotiate a great deal and set me up with his very helpful sales associate, Nick. I am very happy with my purchase and experience.

Lexus of Palm BeachReviews
Lexus of Palm Beach review
I recently leased a 2026 ES 350h Premium+ from Lexus of Palm Beach, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. I came in for a routine service appointment on my 2024 ES and was introduced to the new ES lineup. My VIP manager Darryl was straightforward and professional throughout the process. He took the time to walk me through the differences between my current car and the redesigned 2026 hybrid, and I never felt rushed or pressured. The negotiation was fair. We went back and forth a few times to get to a number that worked for both sides, and Darryl was willing to work with me rather than push a take-it-or-leave-it offer. This is my second Lexus from this dealership and the reason I keep coming back is the consistency. Good service department, transparent sales process, and a team that treats returning customers like they matter.

Great experience, so unusually better than the norm!! Well worth the drive from Central Florida to North Palm Beach… Unfortunately the local dealership rates under the “norm”. Deal promised and deal kept even after months of delay caused by the manufacturer. Do miss dealing with this extraordinary place of service!!

I have dealt with several dealerships of all brands of vehicles and never had such a great experience as I did with this dealership. Very professional and honest. The service manager Chris and parts Kevin both the best . The mechanic Brian treated my car with the best care and serviced as if it was his car-perfect service. He was very knowledgable and did a great job. I feel very comfortable to have my cars serviced by this dealership and is by far the best dealership and a group that work together like a family. Great Job. Dr. Vena

I went in for service on a issue that my service rep Barbara was determined to fix replace and make this car perfect. The entire service department makes you feel like friends. They just make taking your car in for service a joy. Not only did they fix the issue which turned out to be minimum, but the carwash machine was out of order I believe they were doing some maintenance and upkeep on the system. But my rep with the car wash team went the extra mile and hand washed and dried my car for me. It really makes you feel special and that you are a friend and not just some one with a problem. Thanks again to the service team and Barbara. Keep it up

I BELIEVE THAT A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PARTS THEY INSTALL. THE MANUFACTURER OF THE DEFECTIVE PART AS WELL. i WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS PRINCIPLE.

INFINITI of the Palm Beaches review
Danny has always is a great service advisor very knowledgeable very professional makes things easy fast. Make sure I’m taken care of every step of the way from text messages or phone calls when vehicle is ready or when I needed major service every couple days to keep me updated with the warranty process or to go over prices for stuff that I needed for my vehicle never makes you feel pressured, but always make sure you’re in the best hands or that your vehicle is safe to drive. If I could give him 100 stars I would.

Champion PorscheReviews
Champion Porsche review
I wrote a recent negative review on 7/3/23 regarding an incident I experienced at Champion Porsche in Pompano Beach when purchasing a new Targa vehicle. After discussing the details of this incident with both the GM, Mr. Mike Peters, Jr. and the Regional VP, Mr. A. J. Arvas, they both went above and beyond what I consider meticulous customer service to correct the problem. Both listened intently to my concerns and we all worked together to resolve this incident. I am awaiting delivery of my new vehicle.

CarMax Virginia Beach review
The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.
