Very helpful and courteous. Even called me back promptly to help me and answer my questions. The Lady even told me to call back when I was ready to buy. She was very polite and friendly. I liked that she was not not pushy.

Great car. Comfortable ride, lots of room, good appointments. Has been very reliable with no issues needing repair. I wish it got better mileage, it it does hold 7 passengers and is a large and heavy vehicle. So I can’t have everything!!!
This is the 2nd car I've purchased from Russ. He makes the car buying experience as quick and easy as possible. Nick in finance did a great job finding a lender that offered a lower rate than my previous lender! Will definitely work with these guys again.

I love the duel sunroof to the back seat bucket seats. The sound cancellation from the exterior sounds is remarkably impressive. The drivetrain feels smooth and the transmission is flawless. Love this Buick Enclave. Soon going to upgrade to a newer one.

Very comfortable vehicle but it is going to be a major drain on your free cash. Had the transmission rebuilt at 93K. Very comfy but I don't trust it to drive out of towns since it is a mechanical xxx.

We have had this used 25 k mi beauty for a month now. We did our annual road trip up the Oregon Coast.
Pros. Great Fry. car. Over the 23 mpg listed. Once I adjusted the seat, it was very comfortable, I have some back problems, but no problem driving this baby over 200 Miles. The heated seats helped too. It’s a great road trip car. We now have a car that can carry 6-7 people fairly comfortably. The cargo space is huge, if necessary I could put an air mattress in there and stretch out and still have room. Great sound system and instrument cluster.
Cons: compared to our ’03 Olds Bravada, 112k miles, I don’t feel like the in town driving is as smooth on the Enclave, there definitely more blind spots, and it feels Big even though it’s the same size as the Olds.
Wood trim is cheesy but acceptable. Some of the steering wheel instruments are not as easy to use as those on the Olds were, causing me to take my eyes off the road. I guess I’ll get used to using them before I have an accident ’. Looking forward to a long relationship with Buick. B. T. W. My 1st car was ’36 Buick coupe

Simply the best 3 row suv out there,superb ride,extremely quite on the road,ive been an auto technician for 29 years, I’ve worked for Toyota which was the most reliable, Lincoln which rode the best and was the most quietest and Pontiac which was the fastest, Out of the 23 cars I’ve owned my buick is on top and I challenge any of you Acura, Lexus, infinity owners to a ride & comfort contest!!
Everyone I dealt with on this lot was very helpful. I fully appreciated the effort Ron put in to find me the car I wanted. Nick, in sales, was also very helpful and made the hand off of the car a very pleasant experience. Joe, who worked with us in financing the car, made a normally tedious experience a pleasure. This car has cost me more in repairs than any other car I have every owned. And at only 58000 miles broken motor mounts ac broken ac motor fan broken brakes.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I bought this vehicle in south Texas will not mention the dealership which I would love to do. I started having problems with the air condition and researched and found out this should be a recall because there are many Buick Enclaves with the same issue and it’s a manufacture issue. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for a problem that tends to come from the manufacturer. This is a luxury car and should be treated as such from what I have experienced all questions a refered to the salesman where are all the other people finance managers where are they why won’t three let me talk to them? I really don’t expect an answer because we are considered nobody’s so unfortunate we are what makes you succeed in sales and we are treated after the sale as nothing even when we reach out there’s always an excuse.
Just had to take time to rave about the service we have had at Shepherds. We have had routine service, warranty work and now estimates and body work done to our 2014 Chevy truck. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Made us feel like a customer instead of a problem. And their facilities while you are waiting are awesome. So thankful for such a great dealership so close to home.

The car met our family needs. Needed a SUV with a lot of room. Surprising the back row of seats is also quite comfortable for kids and small adults. Decent drive but AC went out just before the warranty expired. Some leaks in the four years that I owned the car.
I had been searching for months for a Ford Edge with certain options that were a must have. I finally ran across one online that was more than perfect. I called and talked to Ryan and he ran some numbers for me and was very nice and professional. After a couple hours of thinking it over I went and saw Ryan and bought it. The cars on this lot are so clean and I really had the best experience with this purchase. Thank you Ryan for your patience and kindness I love my new used Edge it’s perfect.

Shannon was great. He calmed my nerves, set me up with exactly what I needed within my budget. I didnt even realize it until Thanksgiving day but I gained an additional seat in my third row that my previous SUV did not have. Service all the way around was wonderful from the time the service guys intercepted me, until I was driving off in my new car. It was a scary situation I had on the high way with my power steering and rack and pinion going completely out. The service guys calmed me down and entertained my boys. I appreciate all that was done for me. Everyone was great!

My new caw=r is a 2016 Buick Enclave and I love it! White frost exterior w/ ebony leather interior; it's so luxurious! Best car ever.
I had first looked at their available used inventory online before setting up an appointment with Mike McDonald to discuss what options I was looking to have and then test drove one, and found another vehicle at their sister dealership and we drove a vehicle to swap and the vehicle we retrieved is the one I purchased. I did not feel pressured to purchase any other vehicles but what I wanted to afford.

There is only one reason! We have never had ANY problems with this Enclave. It is beautiful, the leather seats are comfortable. It rides smooth on the road. It gets good mileage. It handles great in traffic. It holds all five of my grandchildren. The DVD player cuts all the noise as soon as the movie starts. So why am I selling? Only because it is a 2015 and we always trade every three years.
Leon is my number one salesman. He found me the car I wanted and with comfort. I will recommend him to ANYONE who is looking for new or used. LEON, you are amazing!! Thanks to Hari also for the finance help.

Had to replace timing chain problem with liftgate air condition not getting cold suspencion problem i think the 2010 encla ve stinks i will never buy another enclave
