Wow! I have and will recommend this place to everyone I can. This was the best experience I have ever had in a car dealership. Everyone was accommodating and friendly. Fast process with our 2 kids was a huge plus for us. Had a play room available car was already up front for a test drive and every single employee met us at the door to introduce themselves. All I can say is WOW!
My husband and I visited Chesrown the Sunday prior to Labor Day and they were extremely busy given they are one of the few dealerships open on Sunday and it was a holiday weekend. Salesman Joey Powell assisted us as we test drove several vehicles and ultimately purchases a 2018 Chevy Silverado truck. Joey’s patience, product knowledge and sales approach coupled with Chevron’s ease in transacting business made for a pleasant buy/trade vehicle experience. I normally hate car shopping and have been stressing about going because you always get a pushy salesperson that tries to put you in a vehicle you don't want and then tries to tell you that purchasing a vehicle is a good investment.... let's be real here, no car is a good investment. A couple guys I work with mentioned going to Chesrown in Delaware so I decided to check them out. I love the fact that they offer free oil changes and tire rotations, and the selection of vehicles was great. I found the perfect car for me and drove off the lot the same day with it. My sales guy, Shayne, was friendly, down to earth, and easy to talk to. He kept us laughing through the process and kept us updated on things (paperwork, etc.). I've had my car a week and so far no issues. I would definitely go back to Chesrown and recommend Shayne and Chesrown to anyone I come across.
Great experience from start to finish! During the test drive, I noticed a noise in one of the front wheels. My salesman (Mike Khurshid) noticed it too. He said he would have their service dept look at it the next day. He called back to say that the tires were mismatched, so they put 4 brand new tires on the car (no additional charge). When he drove it again, the noise was gone. I was just going to pick up the car, but he insisted I drive it again myself to make sure the noise was gone. This was a small sale for CarMax, but everyone there made me feel I was the most important customer they had that day. I left with my new car, and a handful of Mike's business cards to give to friends!
I owned 4 Lexus cars/SUVs over 20+ years; bought from Lexus of Dublin. Service is good; but part pricing is expensive & gouges customers. Examples: replace engine air filter for $68.40++ (part is about $20); replace left/right front upper control arm part is $500 and total service is $800/EACH (BeckArnly part on RockAuto is $90); Timing Belt service is quoted $1,519 and part kit on RockAuto is $275 including water pump; wiper blades are $12/each, but installed vary from $25 or more; headlight level sensor/arm replace quoted at $1200, bot part on RockAuto for $170 and replaced myself (and I am not a car repair person). Purchase of most any part is extremely expensive; gouges the customer who paid a lot for the Lexus already; and prices are prone to cause "heart attacks".
I bought my car from those guys after I was looking everywhere for a decent car for looks and money wise for my son. One day I was driving through and stopped by st Mary auto sales and I loved few cars the next day I came back with my son he loved a Honda whit. The team was really helpful with the negotiations and checking the car before I take it they even gave my son to change the oil the next oil due when he mentioned he is worry about the oil changing deal :) I loved working with them.
I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado, and Tony Garver and Stacey were amazing to me. They worked with me to give the the best price and lowest interest rate on the truck I truly wanted! Hands down best experience ever!
Yea they work with you on your payments as long as you keep in touch with the dealership. Also help you leave there with a car. Really love the energy in there. Lol just say they stay true with you on helping you.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Shawn McMahan is an awesome person. I came into the dealership twice looking for a car. My first visit was unsuccessful because I did not have the down payment. Shawn was incredibly understanding with my situation and tried very hard to get the lowest down payment possible. Once I found the car, I told him that I would be back in a few weeks with the down payment. He touched base with me once, but wasn't pushy and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. On my second stop in, again, it seemed that the odds were against me. He went above and beyond to insure that I left with a car. I would HIGHLY recommend him to any of my family members and friends. I loved our sales person at Gahanna Auto! Not pushy at all and really took time to listen to my wants and needs. I didn't feel rushed and made the car purchasing experience very easy as well as explaining paperwork and the car features so that I understood everything. Already told my coworkers, friend and family about the great experience and would refer them any time!
