I understand diesels are expensive to maintain. The final bill came in less than estimated. I wish Chevy would recognize there is an issue with the LP5 injectors and provide some customer assistance. At 120000 miles people should not have these problems. Justin and Robert were helpful. Thanks.

Everybody was so thoughtful and kind and as soon as I pulled in or stopped to take a test drive, I couldn’t say you could’ve done any better than what you did There wasn’t one person that didn’t stop to ask if there was anything they could do to help me or make me understand the car that I bought. I really went beyond but most car dealers do I would definitely buy a car from them again and I love the car that I go at.

My experience was amazing! Mr. Bill Chaucer was great through the whole process, from meeting me and my kids as we arrived to making us feel welcome through the process by being patient will my rambunctious kids and helping ease my anxiety and nerves through the process of helping me pick a car that was comfortable for me and my kids to getting my financed loan approval. Even went above and beyond by assisting me with my concerns after the purchase was made and I was home. Kudos to Mr. Bill

Took our SUV to get our free one-year oil change and tire rotation. Service associate John Wassermann was there on time to greet us and checked our vehicle in. John checked on us during our wait which was completed and ready to go in only 45 minutes. As we were leaving, he ran over to get the door for my wife...can't beat that!

Ken Barrett Chevrolet Cadillac review
After purchasing my brand new Traverse less than 2 weeks earlier, it was struck by another vehicle while parked, knocking off the driver?s side mirror. Service manager Tom went on a difficult scavenger hunt to locate a replacement! Unfortunately, the mirror he worked so hard to secure arrived damaged, and Tom had to begin the search again. I was updated by the service team during each step of the process- and as promised, my car was beautifully repaired. I was surprised to learn how labor-intensive finding seemingly common parts can often be. I truly appreciate all the time and effort invested by the service team to repair my merely inconvenient situation. The Ken Barrett service team is remarkable, and another reason why I am so thankful I chose to purchase my vehicle from this terrific dealership! Click

Southern ChevroletReviews
Southern Chevrolet review
I called to make an appointment for a state inspection and an oil change with Hall Hyundai, where I purchased my vehicle. I was told the earliest appointment would be July 20, 2023. I stated that date would be a month after my state inspection would have expired. I asked if they could check with Hall Chevrolet, next door, for an earlier appointment. They checked and I got an appointment the same day for 11:00 AM. Amazing! Unbelievable. I dopped my vehicle off at 10:00 AM with Adam Jones. By 11:10 AM, I received a text message stating my vehicle had been inspected, along with a video of the inspection and a detail report with recommended services I should consider having done. I selected a service I wanted to be done all from my cell phone. It was quick and easy. Within less than two hours later, I received another text message stating that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. This was by far the best experience I have received from a service department in quite a while. Great communication through texting! Thank you, Hall Chevrolet and Adam for taking care of me today.

Thielen Motors Inc review
We were in a car accident this summer in Baxter and needed a rental car while our vehicle was being fixed. Being 2,000 miles from home, we didn't know if there was anyone local who could help us. The shop recommended talking to Brent with Thielen, about getting a car. Dealing with Brent was awesome! He took care of all the paperwork, had the car ready for us, and made sure all of our needs were taken care. We are very impressed at how well we were treated by Brent and Thielen Motors and thankful we didn't have to go to Bemidji or Fargo to get a rental car!

I was very pleased with the professional and timely service. I got a routine oil change and tire rotation and was pleasantly surprised to see that the technician had set the tire pressure in each tire to psi 35 because each tire had different psi readings before being serviced.

Van Bortel ChevroletReviews
Van Bortel Chevrolet review
The entire staff at Van Bortel Chevrolet makes me feel welcome. From the service writers, to the techs, to the parts department, to the front desk, everyone is GREAT and the service is performed with care. I sincerely love Van Bortel Chevrolet. My Blazer will now become a customer of Van Bortel Chevrolet replacing the dealership I bought it from in late 2019. My Corvette is also serviced by Van Bortel Chevrolet, this is best place to bring for your automobile. Steve
