Cox Chevrolet review
Tom is my service advisor. He is amazing at helping me keep my 2019 Chevy Silverado in great shape. He makes suggestions and is an amazing and convincing salesperson when it comes to maintenance. I am thinking of trading in my truck and purchasing a new one. Tom is a major factor in this decision. He is a true asset to COX.

We recently purchased a used vehicle from Castrucci JDR and it was a fantastic experience. Bobby Lee salesman was excellent to work with. And Nic Castrucci went above and beyond. Definitely will go back and buy from them again. Thank you to all for the fantastic customer service.

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

Fairfield Chevrolet - PAReviews
2022 Buick Envision review
I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

VanDevere Auto Outlet review
Ask for BMAX! I had a great experience at the dealership today and wanted to give a well-deserved shoutout to Brian Maxwell. From the moment I walked in, Brian was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful without being pushy at all. He took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through the details of the vehicle, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. It’s clear he cares about his customers and wants them to make the right decision, not just a quick sale. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free—honestly one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Brian Maxwell. Five stars all the way!

Working with salesperson Abdu was a pleasure from start to finish. He was thorough and when issues were out of his control he was very communicative in letting me know what was happening. He was very personable and explained the car in great detail as this was my first experience with MB of Springfield. I love my purchase and my deal which was also a pleasurable experience with the finance person. I look forward to future engagements with the rest of the Departments.

Casey VolkswagenReviews
Casey Volkswagen review
FANTASTIC experience at Casey VW! Make sure you ask for Jason Rowley if you go. He was the best salesman I have ever worked with. From start to finish, Jason made our experience extraordinary. Very laid back, no pressure, very knowledgeable. It felt like we had brought a friend with us to the lot to help us pick out a car. I will go to Jason for all of our car needs going forward, although we hope to keep the car we have for a very long time. He helped us pick out a great car at a great price. I could not find another dealership to beat the deal we ended up with. His manager, Rudy Medina (the big guns), was great to work with as well. He kept his promises and there were no surprises when it came time to sign. I signed paperwork with William Hooper. He was very thorough and very patient. He made sure I understood exactly what Casey was offering and what I was signing. Overall great experience. I definitely recommend!

Prestige CadillacReviews
Prestige Cadillac review
I recently had my 2025 Cadillac XT5 serviced at Prestige Cadillac and received exceptional service from Aaron. He was professional, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the process. When my vehicle needed to remain at the dealership for 72 hours, Aaron contacted multiple rental companies and ultimately arranged a dealership vehicle—something I’ve never experienced before. He truly went above and beyond and made me feel valued. Excellent customer service!

Century FordReviews
Century Ford review
We were leaving the Milwaukee area at 3:00AM to get to Baltimore for our daughter's wedding weekend. The weekend called for rain so last minute we tossed a large umbrella into the back of our new Ford Maverick. Unfortunately, in the dark we did not know the umbrella had rolled out and into the crevasse of the tailgate. When my husband went to close the gate, the umbrella jammed it and bent the hinge. He was able to force it closed. When we stopped in OH for a pit stop and food, we were not able to open the tailgate! We were carrying dresses, suits, shoes, decorations, etc. for the big weekend! We needed to be able to get the tailgate opened! We called a dealership in Baltimore, but their service dept was only open till 3:00 and we wouldn't be there by then. They gave me the number for Century Ford in Mt Airy. I called the service dept and spoke with Rebecca. I told her my story and when we'd be there. They were ready and waiting for us. They helped us immediately! They fixed the hinge and got the tailgate working again. The serviceman was Rich Kyle. We were back on the road within an hour, and they did not charge us anything! They said "Go and enjoy your daughter's wedding" We were in a jam, and they could not have been nicer to us!

2024 Buick Envision review
Buick is bringing sexy back. I have had two friends say it looks like a Porsche and an Audi. The Sport Touring model is the sexiest car I've ever driven. Super comfortable with lots of head and leg room. The seats are ergonomically designed. The dash is a technical marvel. Runs great and even gets 30 MPG on the highway
