Kyle Bogart was friendly and helpful selling me my 2024 Chevy. They all were very kind to me there. The only thing I felt would have been better is a little discount when trading in a very nice car for a brand new truck. The office manager who makes the discount decisions was kind also. However I feel this would have been something he could have done to make my deal seem more worthy of the funds I spent there.

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.

First of October we drove from Ohio to Vagas and back throug Wyoming good gas milage and loved the ride. Recommend it buy for comfort and value.

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

Traded my Rogue for a 2020 Buick Enclave and I am loving it. It is comfortable which matters to me since I am older. I don't know if it would be that popular with a younger generation but for long trips I think even they would like it, especially if you have kids. It is great when traveling with our dogs and we could sleep comfortably in it if we decide to stop at a camp site. I do wish it had some standard things on it that my Rogue did. The seats are more comfortable than the Rogue. I wish the cruise control automatically adjusted the speed. I wish it had a Lane departure warning.

Are they friendly? You bet! Are they professional? No doubt! Kyle listened and delivered what I asked for. John compared comparable models with real numbers. Purchased a new 2023 AWD Envision December 2023. Dealer offered HUGE discount with $12000 off. I suggest shop around. I traveled from Las Vegas NV to Portland Oregon for mine. Essence package with panoramic roof and xx package. Ride is more firm with 20" tires vs standard 18". I love it. People that ride in it love it. 5000 problem free miles. AWD system works great!! I would be upset if i paid sticker price. With the HUGE discounts offered.. IT IS GREAT!

This car is a dream to own & drive. My only complains are the paint job. Mine is silver and deterating very fast now matter how much its washed & waxed. Also, you cannot check the transmission fluid unless you take it to the dealer. It is sealed underneth the car. Other than those 2 issues, its a wonderful vehicle.

I have owned this vehicle for over a year and a half no problems very happy with it. Very good for long trips. Would buy again.

I just purchased a envision 2023 in Jan 24 have problems with the emission light coming on and it hasn’t gotten better always something else when I take it in after they fix the problem what do I do I like the car how do we fix the emission lights problem?

I decided on the new 2023 Buick Envision Avenair and I am not disappointed! This car is loaded with all of the cool features and options. I had reservations about the 2.0L engine but after taking a 4 hour road trip and experiencing the performance, I am very happy with it. The large display on the dash, the huge back up camera, the moon roof, the heated and air conditioned seats- are just a few of the reasons I love this car. A big shout out to Joel at McKenzie Motors in Milton and the whole team there!

I've driven cross country several times without a problem. It handles the road very well, even in high winds. It has ample storage and everything is easily accessible and in reach of the driver.

Ours was bought new in 1995 and other than routine maintenance it has only needed a new starter motor a few years back. How many vehicles almost 13 yrs. old could make such a claim? SUV`s look at you in amazement as you blow by them effortlessly and the wide low center of gravity and aerodynamics allow you to NOT get blown around in the wind.This big wagon gets a REAL 24 MPG on the highway on 87 octane fuel. The ride is so smooth and secure , I would never go back to an SUV.It will seat 8 and it will hold 4x8 plywood in back with the tailgate up. Can your top-heavy , slow SUV do that? It is also rated to tow 6,400 lbs.GM was way ahead of the Honda truck as it has a hidden , lockable trunk in the wayback.Honda innovation indeed ! This wagon IS an SUV...It just happens to handle better , get better mileage , and is much faster. Oh , and it rides better and has a tighter turning circle. Yes , I will take a full-frame , Corvette-engined Roadmonster over an SUV any day.

I had an amazing experience with the entire sales process. Hunter (Sales) admitted to being new but his level of service and willingness to ask Jake for help impressed me. Hunter (Finance) helped me decide which warranty features I benefited from instead of trying to get me to pay for the highest $$ package. I brought up a minor safety issue and even on this Saturday, Jake had their service department fix it before I drove off the lot. All great things to say with no complaints. it is 2023 and it has 146,000 miles on it with no major repairs. I change oil ever 5K miles and do all scheduled maintenance. My wife loves it. She can carry lots of her stuff and it easily converts to handle passengers.

Krissy is great. This is the 2nd car I've bought from here within 6 mos and both times she has exceeded my expectations. She knows what she is doing with both her experience and taste. The first time, she showed us a vehicle we were not looking for after we told her our needs, then she took us all over the city tl find the one we wanted. At the end of the day we ended up liking the one she first showed us. It just checked all the boxes. This I saw a car online I really wanted but it was in another city. I alread had a preapproval from my bank with the terms and payments as I wanted. When I got the actual purchase order the bank went back on their terms due to the age milage and price of the vehicle. I couldnt afford it. Krissy had me come in fill out a credit application with her, then her financa guy called my bank and was able to get me even better terms than I had before. I went back to work and the car was ready for me later that evening. They all even stayed late until we finished all the paper work so I could drive off in my new beauty that night. She has a client for life. I plan to buy another vehicle around next Aug. and I will be returning to Krissy.
