I went to the tent sale at the fairgrounds, after the manager called me that they had a pre-owned Prius C come in, after I had called a couple of days earlier looking for one. Larry, the salesman, was very helpful and educated me on the Prius, and helped me through the decision making process. They gave me a fair trade-in for my care, and negotiated the car down to a price I was happy with. Very professional and easy to work with.
We needed to replace our 2014 Forester that was hit and totaled just before the 2019 Foresters were arriving in showrooms. Checked the Internet and only two dealerships within 200 miles had the color and trim level we wanted on order. The local Cincinnati dealer we had visited must have figured they had us over a barrel and quoted an Eprice that was the same as the MSRP. Phoned Joe at Royal Subaru on the Eastside in Bloomington IN to see what they wanted for the Forester they had on order. He asked what we thought would be a reasonable price and said he thought he could meet our offer but would have to check with his manager who happened to be sitting next to him--didn't even put us on hold--just covered the phone and got the okay. The entire negotiation took less than 3 minutes and saved us over $3,000. The hardest part was waiting two weeks for the first of the 19's to arrive. Joe also spent nearly an hour on a chilly day without a coat showing us how to work all the bells and whistles on our new and improved Forester when we picked it up. An exceptional experience from start to finish.

Alex Cobb was my contact via email and phone weeks before I came in to do any test drives. He is very professional: he answered my questions clearly and concisely, and set up a test drive and had it ready when I arrived. He was transparent and honest and offered valuable info to help me with my decision making. The costs and paperwork was straight forward, just as was stated by Alex in the beginning; all-in-all the process was as expected, and pleasant. I had bought another new vehicle from them in 1995 and am just now about to depart with it. They have treated me well throughout all my dealings with this establishment.
After doing much comparison shopping online found that Curry Auto Center had a good price on a Colorado Z71 diesel I was looking for and was a highly rated dealership. Initially contacted them via e-mail and was promptly responded to by Kellie Graves, Business Development Representative. After a few messages and phone calls we arranged a test drive of the truck and were greeted by Kelli and introduced to salesperson Wil Johnston who was a pleasure to work with. I appreciated that it was not a typical high pressure dealership and we were able to come to come to an agreement and purchased the truck. I really like that Curry Auto is a privately owned company which has been in business for 100 years and has several employees that worked there for decades. Good company to do business with.
Just wanted to say how helpful Jason Martin was in helping us get our car. Had trouble in St Louis with our dealership and Jason went over and above to get the Camaro for us. Within 12 hours of speaking with Jason he did everything I had asked him to do. Jason even sent pictures of the car. We drove from St Louis to pick up the Camaro and everything went very well. Jason is a great asset to your dealership.
