Original owner and now have 134K miles on the car since 2011. Only problems have been a water pump that started leaking under warranty; vapor canister purge valve solenoid (easy fix); and a dead OnStar emergency battery pack. Otherwise the car has been bulletproof. I've replaced the battery and tires twice each. This is an extremely smooth riding and quiet car with a ton of features that were only available on much more expensive cars. I test drove the ES350, Maxima, and Infiniti G37 but kept coming back to the Lacrosse. What I got for the money was a tremendous value and I couldn't pass it up. The acceleration and handling with the V6 on the CXL are very good. I commute 104 miles a day round trip (mostly 75 mph highway) and average 22.3 mpg combined city/hwy. If you're looking for a reliable, very comfortable car that still looks good and your ego allows you to forego the cachet of the more expensive luxury brands, you won't be disappointed with a Lacrosse!
I went to the tent sale at the fairgrounds, after the manager called me that they had a pre-owned Prius C come in, after I had called a couple of days earlier looking for one. Larry, the salesman, was very helpful and educated me on the Prius, and helped me through the decision making process. They gave me a fair trade-in for my care, and negotiated the car down to a price I was happy with. Very professional and easy to work with.

I special ordered (new) for my wife our 2007 Buick LuCerne CXL in 2007 when they came out. It is the first Buick we ever owned so I did not know what to expect.
Fast forward 12 years of ownership and it is still running strong and quiet. This car has exceeded all my expectations and is a sheer pleasure to own.
It is still mechanically sound, smooth, tight and still serves us well with comfort. No engine or mechanical problems since we bought it . What repair costs that we did incur were the results on normal wear and tear and timely LOF changes.
I'm quite sure that sensible driving habits, the conscientious maintenance care as suggested by GM's schedules I give it plus detailing (interior/exterior 2 to 3 times a year) and frequent car washing has a great deal to do with its current excellent condition; a condition that still gets compliments from passersby.
This LuCerne started my love for Buick and was a major reason in my decision to purchase my new Buick Lacrosse in 2014 whose intrinsic quality is also sealing my loyalty to the Buick brand.
My wife, who is not a car person by any stretch of the imagination, absolutely loves her LuCerne and has every intent to keep her car as long as possible. From the way it runs and looks, that, hopeful, will be a long while more.
Based on my/our experiences with Buick I would unhesitantly recommend (and have) Buick to anyone who wants a quality, dependable and reliable car that offers quality service with a feeling of ownership confidence and a taste of sensible luxury.

This car meets my needs and is very comfortable. Handles fantastic and rides great too. I couldnt be any happier than i am with this car.

I wish the wheel base were not quite so narrow. It makes for a jolting ride sometimes. But I do enjoy the bells and whistles!

This is the most reliable car I have owned. I’ve had my 2011 Buick Regal for 2 years now and I have had no problems with it. I drive it to work everyday which takes me 30 minutes one way and drive it on vacation. It’s my everyday car. It is kind ve small. Not really kid friendly.i don’t have kids so not a problem. It’s really good on gas. The interior is really nice. Love everything about the inside besides the cup holders are kind of small. Outside is very nice too. Very happy to have this car as my everyday car. ( her name is Carrie)
I love Hobson Chevrolet. Excellent customer service. I would recommend buying a car and having all services done at Hobson. Only Chevrolet dealership for me.
Buick doesn’t back their product

This car looks good but I have had the car sensor replaced twice in less than 2 years. They replaced 3 belts my timing belt, serpentine belt and I can’t recall the other. Now I don’t have oil light on but it’s consuming oil. Looked at the recall and they know it burns oil but don’t want to fix the problem because. It’s costly. So I have 3 years left on a car that I might have to replace the engine on. The dip stick is dry and I don’t see where the oil is going to, it doesn’t smoke like typical oil burning in the exhaust and I don’t see it leaking on the ground. Very very disappointed and would never buy another Buick period!
I have visited the store on several occasions, you can count on quality work with out a run around. I have had simple to major repairs completed without a hitch. Stacy always knowledgeable and honest about time required and cost of service.

No room behind the rear sear for very much. Only one arm rest? Hesitation on take off Rear camera is a joke. Very Very expensive to repair
This dealership never fails to deliver. In fact, just recently, we paid a little more for the car we wanted just to purchase it from Hobson! That may not make sense to some, but the confidence we have in these folks warrants the extra.
Purchased May 2018, with only 7,000 miles on it.

The best riding vehicle we have ever owned! Because of its size it is a little rough on the gas mileage but I am willing to pay that for the ride and comfort!
This is, by far, the best experience we’ve had buying a car! I communicated through text messages instead of spending hours at the dealership and a salesman drove the car to me so I could test drive it. He also brought all of the paperwork for us to sign . I would definitely recommend Hobson to a friend or family member. I look forward to doing business with them in the future!

This car has met all my needs - and is definitely a luxury car. I got all the bells and whistles - and paid dearly for them. :-) It seems a little noisier than my last car (that I too loved - 2011 Azzera) - but still quite a car!!
From the first telephone contact with Jeff and parts: to the scheduling and face-to-face meeting with Stacy in service: I had the impression that my business was a value to Popson.Everyone was attentive: friendly tone and definitely gave the impression that I was a value even though I was not there to buy a new or used car. Just a simple set of floor mats and they cover for my truck bed.

This vehicle is the perfect size for my shrinking family and it is great on gas since I travel an hour each way for work.
Cody was our sales person and laughed right along with us around every turn and bend through the process. The rest of the team we encountered were just as great. For a time that can be pretty exciting yet stressful they all attempted to make it the least stressfull they could. Cody and the rest of the team were very accomidating when our minds changed or found ourselves in over our heads...and best of all...no pressure to buy something we couldn't afford just to make a sale. If we said it was beyond our budget they worked with us to find something we were going to be happy with that was within our budget. Great Job guys!!!

I bought a 2018 Sport Touring edition in the Sport Red with the Black Effects package. The car gives me the styling, nimble handling, zippy performance, and life wide open experience I craved. There have been more than one twentysomething ask me who makes the car. They are shocked when I say Buick but then say that they (Buick) have stepped up their game. Only complaint is the dated graphics on the Head unit. I actually find the buttons, that auto writers hate, very useful. This car turns heads of all ages and doesn’t feel out of place in the Lexus, MB, BMW, and the like filled Catalina Foothills area of Tucson, AZ.
