I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.

Very good to work with very knowledgeable very helpful not pushy overall a great experience.

The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.

Very good vehicle. Not that great on gas, but ok for all wheel drive. Lots of room up front, really like the the all wheel drive.

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

What a superb automobile. This is what I have wanted in a long time. It has more bells and whistles than I really need but it is very nice to have them. Everything I marked above is definitely true and more. I would highly recommend this auto to everyone interested in buying one. Believe the right ups on this auto that others have also made.

My wife and I have been looking for a midsize midrange convertible for years and after seeing a Cascada in a parking lot knew this was the car we wanted. It has all the bells and whistles you’d find in a BMW, Mercedes or Audi at a fraction of the cost to purchase and maintain. Although they’ve been discontinued as of 2019 now is the perfect time to find a newer used car with low miles for half the sticker price. The only drawbacks are the MPG isn’t optimal and you can’t link your iPhone to the display screen, but the pros (beautiful car, tons of standard features, handles great, decent back seat / trunk space) far outweigh those two potential cons.

As is the case with most people, car shopping is not on my list of favorite things to do but my current car was not reliable, so I had to start the car search process. I had not purchased a car in 10 years, so it was a bit of sticker shock in today's market. After reviewing what was available on the internet, I ventured out to the local car dealerships. My first stop was at Fitzgerald Outlet Center on Highway 19 in Clearwater, Florida where salesperson Joe Mozzone showed me the current inventory and described the Fitz way of doing business (upfront about all fees and no surprises at checkout). I did see a Jeep Grand Cherokee I was interested in for which Joe gave me the details of the car. Being that this was my first stop, I left to view other dealerships in the area. After going in and out of all the local dealerships, I realized the best car and price I saw was at my first stop, Fitzgerald Outlet Center so I went back there. it was a little late in the day and it was a Saturday. I took another look at the car and took a test drive with Joe and decided this is the car for me. I had explained my credit situation and they were able to work with me to get a decent interest rate and to get my check payment processed even though they couldn't get bank verification due to the lateness in the day on Saturday but they took my word and processed the payment. As stated in the initial talk,there were no hidden fees at checkout. The staff stayed well after hours on Saturday for me to complete the deal whcih was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Joe Mozzone and the Fitzgerald Outlet Center.

Whoever designed my 2919 Buick Encore was the best of the best. My wife and I love this car so much. I’v had a lot of cars over the years this one is the best. It is a great car and I love driving it.

This is the 3rd Hyundai I've owned (Accent, Sonata and Santa Fe Sport). I've loved all three of them and I'm sure my next vehicle will be another Hyundai. I did not have any interior problems with the other 2 cars. But my 2017 Santa Fe had some small issues with the seats. Thank you, Dave (Service manager), for going above and beyond to help me with this problem. Highly recommend Fitzgerald of Clearwater.

The car is quiet, acceleration is acceptable considering the 3 cylinder turbo charged engine. There’s enough room I the back seat for 3 adults. Rear storage is adequate. Interior controls are laid out well and the seat material is easy to clean.

At my Brandon Honda service appointment, I received excellent service from James Johnson and also experienced excellent customer relations from Chris Irvin.

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

First of October we drove from Ohio to Vagas and back throug Wyoming good gas milage and loved the ride. Recommend it buy for comfort and value.

I recently bought a Toyota Camry Hybrid from Sun Toyota. My experience was not short of wonderful. Everyone from Chris to the guys in finance and service were so nice and professional. I have been buying cars from Sun Toyota for almost 15 years and have always received excellent treatment. This time was no different, but I have to acknowledge Chris Robinson for making everything so easy and smooth. The whole process took less than two hours. I drove off the lot with my new Camry Hybrid, and all my Bluetooth devices set up for me (thanks to Chris). For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. This is my 3rd Buick. Loved my LaCrosse and just now upgraded to the Invision Avenir. Very satisfied with the look and upgraded options. Performance is a bit less than my LaCrosse with the V6 but adequate.

Purchased a new 2023 AWD Envision December 2023. Dealer offered HUGE discount with $12000 off. I suggest shop around. I traveled from Las Vegas NV to Portland Oregon for mine. Essence package with panoramic roof and xx package. Ride is more firm with 20" tires vs standard 18". I love it. People that ride in it love it. 5000 problem free miles. AWD system works great!! I would be upset if i paid sticker price. With the HUGE discounts offered.. IT IS GREAT!
