Drives and Rides very smooth and comfortable. Beautiful exterior/interior. This vehicle has all the bell and whistles where technology is concerned. I would highly recommend others to purchase a Buick Regal.
Mo was the ultimate professional. He was extremely easy to work with and never during the transaction did I feel pressured. He took his time to understand exactly what we were looking for and at the budget we had in mind. When it came time to close the deal there were no surprises. Though I've had the car for 8 years, it only has 28K miles on it. So far the only thing that has had to be done was replace the battery after 5 years. Obviously gonna keep it.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Good car on all counts. I'm still learning all the features;this is the first time I have owned a car with all the bells and whistles as they say. Love the look and it is reliable.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. I’ve driven larger trucks for the past decade. I found this vehicle online. It caught my eye. Went for a test drive and had to buy it.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Purchased May 2018, with only 7,000 miles on it.

The best riding vehicle we have ever owned! Because of its size it is a little rough on the gas mileage but I am willing to pay that for the ride and comfort!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. This vehicle has exceeded all of my needs. It is has lots of leg room, comfortable seats that cradle my lumbar region, and so many cool features! It has navigation, Bose 10 speaker sound system, and it integrated my iPhone! It rides smoothly and has a lot of safety features like lane deterrent, side and overhead air bags, back up assist camera, and prevents roll over! It is dark sapphire blue with black interior with leather ! Gorgeous inside and out!!! Absolutely love this SUV!!!

This new SUV is amazing. I had my KIA sportage 2000 for 18 years and love it. I did not want to trade it in until I test drove the Buick. I love this SUV, it drives nice, looks nice, and it was the right size for me to make the decision to get a new car!

The reason for purchasing this car was it is high up like an SUV but smaller and more fuel efficient. I feel safer driving on the freeway every day. It runs very smoothly and the soundproofing inside the car makes for a very quiet and peaceful drive and it has a great sound system. It also has enough room in the back for transporting equipment. I am very pleased with it.
Paul was my salesman and he was excellent he helped me with getting the best vehicle I can afford and he answered all my questions I will recommend him to all my friends who need a car

Very comfortable and good ride on cross country trips. The exterior and interior both look good. Plenty of room for passengers and luggage.
The navigation system is not good. Small screen, and not intuitive to program. Will only accept Mt not mount when that is in the name. Maps not up to date when new, expensive to update.
Donna was extremely helpful. She reminded me that my NY state inspection is due this month and offered to do it at the same time as the service to my Honda. Originally I leased my Honda from salesman Tom Freyer. What a great experience!!! No pushing and other "famous" car dealer sales tactics.

I bought this car due to the reviews and reports on its reliability, as well as the fact that it is a Union built vehicle. So far it has lived up to all of my expectations. It has great power, with the V6 engine. IT handles great, and looks great.
Bought my 2018 Sierra crew cab here few months ago, was an easy low key experience- same to be said about my first service- least stressfull car purchase etc. I can recall- nice people to deal with

I live in Riverhead and considering a GMC for my next car purchase. I have visited the dealership twice and looked at a few SUV's I was interested in. I didn't work with a sales rep, I just walked around the parking lot on my own time.
From what I can see here, it makes a lot of sense to buy my car there, considering almost every person here had a great experience.
My question to the forum is, has anyone dealt with a situation in which you traded in your car at GMC Rvrhd. but still owed money on your loan? i.e - negative equity?
if so, how was your experience with Riverhead GMC and the sales rep you dealt with?
If you can reply back, I'd really appreciate it. Details on the process would be helpful too.

Well styled car. Not big in pick up and noisy interior. Would much rather see this vehicle offer as a 6 vs. only a 4 cylinder.
we looked at buying a car but gm did not have the financing I wanted at the time so we put it off and then Paul our salesman contacted me when the 0 % was offered again and we went and bought our new car. I he had not called me we might not of bought the car at this time. George

I bought this vehicle in south Texas will not mention the dealership which I would love to do. I started having problems with the air condition and researched and found out this should be a recall because there are many Buick Enclaves with the same issue and it’s a manufacture issue. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for a problem that tends to come from the manufacturer. This is a luxury car and should be treated as such from what I have experienced all questions a refered to the salesman where are all the other people finance managers where are they why won’t three let me talk to them? I really don’t expect an answer because we are considered nobody’s so unfortunate we are what makes you succeed in sales and we are treated after the sale as nothing even when we reach out there’s always an excuse.
Everyone at Wiz Autos was wonderful ... Tom went out of his way to show me an Acadia Denali that wasn???t even on the lot yet! When I fell in love with it he went above and beyond to make sure it was safety checked, detailed, and even replaced a few things to make the Acadia absolutely perfect and ready for me to pick up the next day!! Meir made paying for the car so easy!! From start to finish the paperwork process of buying the car took less than 15 minutes!!! This was by far the best buying experience I???ve had ... I will absolutely be back and referring my friends!

This car looks good but I have had the car sensor replaced twice in less than 2 years. They replaced 3 belts my timing belt, serpentine belt and I can’t recall the other. Now I don’t have oil light on but it’s consuming oil. Looked at the recall and they know it burns oil but don’t want to fix the problem because. It’s costly. So I have 3 years left on a car that I might have to replace the engine on. The dip stick is dry and I don’t see where the oil is going to, it doesn’t smoke like typical oil burning in the exhaust and I don’t see it leaking on the ground. Very very disappointed and would never buy another Buick period!
I came in knowing what I wanted and Marc should me a car that matched. He added on some requested minor fixes and a few not so minor. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. It was a pleasure.

Traded in my 2015 Chevy Equinox for my Buick, what a difference, the power and handling of this car is awesome, i have not had this much fun since i was 16 driving my 1981 Mazda RX-7, you get a lot for the money, with discounts i paid $26000. Not sure of the newer models of the Regal but i love my 2016
