I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike is by far the best car salesman I ever worked with! Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. Not only was Mike phenomenal; every dealership staff member I had the pleasure of meeting and working with were extremely helpful, polite, attentive and added to this being such an amazingly positive experience! I bought it used fron Carvana with 49000 miles on it. When it had around 100,000 miles on it i had to replace the middle 2 coils. I did it myself for $100 each. Took me 30 minutes on each one. It now has 137000 miles on it and the check engine light has been on since 110000 indicating a "failing turbo". It shows no signs of failing and continues to run good. just drove it from Florida to Texas and back (1800 miles) It ran good. I have had 4 Buicks and very little trouble with them. I would definitely recommend this car. Beautiful and easy care- just change oil ecery 5000 miles and it keeps going.

Comfortable, well powered, quiet, Bose system excellent, interior attractive, exterior has style. The rear window is low so it is difficult to use rear view mirror. Front pillars are wide and obstruct view to the left. Trunk is spacious.

Bought it used in May 2022. It's a 2016 Buick Enclave awd Tucson Edition (displayed as leather). It's a nice car, was around $28,000 from carmax with 70k miles. It's first problem occurred in June 2025 when the ac stopped working, it got fixed. Only major problem was at 105k miles when the transmission had trouble. Reason why was because the dealer said it had the 4,500 lb tow package, but it was missing a crucial part needed to tow. Transmission was fixed, and car still runs fine to this day at 108k miles. 3.6L V6 288 horsepower.

The salespeople were nice and helpful, but the car had issues immediately after leaving the lot. To their credit, they offered to have it fixed, no questions asked. One of the salespeople was even kind enough to drive me an hour home and tow the car.

I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

I was kind of forced into my 2022 Envision during the inventory crisis post covid. My Alfa Romeo Giulia lease was totaled. I lost the market equity as Ally being the lessor is entitled to retain all over payment. I needed a vehicle quick. Upon arriving at my local Buick GMC dealer I asked what was on the lot long enough they wanted to move. The answer was a Preferred awd Envision in Burnished Bronze. I bought it, was surprised with the "premium sound system" (not Bose). Love the quiet smooth ride. This 2.0 is not the Alfa's 2.0 that is for sure, but I have had no issues getting around or through slow traffic. All in all... I was, and continue to be, a year later impressed. Well done Buick, just wish it had LUMBAR.

I've driven cross country several times without a problem. It handles the road very well, even in high winds. It has ample storage and everything is easily accessible and in reach of the driver.

I bought 2014 Premium AWD used w, 30k miles and odometer now reads 179k. The car has been very reliable , I have replaced the water pump, timing belt, and done brakes and oil changes, I also fixed the manifold/valve cover issue. These were all normal Repairs . I am pretty good with maintenance, so that is key w this car. If you just drive it, don’t change oil or fluids then like any car you will have problems . This one has been very good .

So far every contact been pleasant and staff been very helpful. Will do business with them soon and will continue to do business with them.

it is 2023 and it has 146,000 miles on it with no major repairs. I change oil ever 5K miles and do all scheduled maintenance. My wife loves it. She can carry lots of her stuff and it easily converts to handle passengers.

We love this car. I've had Lincolns including the Navigator, high end Chrysler vans, "luxury" Fords like the Eddie Bauer Expedition and Mercury Mountaineers and this is by far my favorite vehicle. The Enclave projects luxury and backs it up. We have the Premium edition. The ride is excellent and far outclasses other SUVs we've owned which rode more like trucks. Plenty of room and a 5 star safety rating make it ideal for toting around the Grandkids. We went AWD for Michigan winters and plowed right through deep snow. A little more power and a little better gas milage would be nice but it's worth the trade off. 18 mph city is better than the Buick Regal Turbo we replaced and this car rides better too. I'll take the 23 mpg on the highway. As a 70s rock and roller and 45 year radio industry veteran, I love the Bose sound system. Especially when no one else is in the car! This is by far my favorite overall vehicle in 47 years of ownership. And yes the Kids and Grandkids give it 2 thumbs up!
