I stopped into Boucher GMC in Waukesha fairly randomly on a Saturday. Holly approached me (but not immediately like we all expect at a dealership) and was INCREDIBLY helpful. Not only was Holly not pushy, aggressive, or your stereotypical "sales" personality, she clearly thought of the details that I may not have thought of when looking for a new car. Although I had a good idea of what I wanted, Holly was willing to think outside of the box to find the perfect solution for my wants and my finances. Instead of trying to up-sell me, Holly looked for various options that met my criteria and price range and was willing to work with her managers to achieve a great price on my behalf. I was so happy and felt so good about my experience with Holly and Boucher that my out of state family members are considering purchasing a car in Wisconsin knowing that they would be taken care of here.
Boucher not only seems to have good prices based on my research, but their customer service is excellent. In my handful of visits, I worked with Holly but I met two of the managers and the finance gentleman was wonderful, clear and really let me choose the best financing option for myself without pushing me to the highest package. This was not your typical high pressure, sales-oriented dealership. From beginning to end, the process of purchasing my new car was very smooth and I feel very confident and happy with my decision. Highly recommend.
