I had a wonderful experience purchasing my first new car, and it’s all because of an amazing team of people who go out of their way to get you everything you want in a car at the best deal. The unusual part is they make everything as fun, exciting and convenient as possible for the consumer, not themselves. Having not so perfect credit is always an issue when it comes to being able to get what u WANT instead of what u can qualify for. Not at Farris! They made sure I got every option I WANTED. My son was sick and we couldn’t make it to the lot to sign some papers so Jamie, the finance manager, came to us very close to our home just to help us. Matt worked on the loan all day until we settled on a great price for exactly what I wanted. Randall was great explaining every part of the financing. Last but certainly not least in any way, Brian! He was great! He was with me from waiting for me on the sidewalk when I pulled up on the lot, treating my whole family like his own making fresh coffee for my mom, getting drinks for my dad and showing my 3 year old son where the toys were so they would all be comfortable. He stayed with me during my test drive all the while pointing out all the options and conveniences that were a part of my new car. Even after the purchase, he sat with me and went over everything to make sure I didn’t miss any of the bells and whistles. Brian was really great! Everyone there treated us just like family. It was a wonderful experience. And the icing on the cake is when my 3 year old son got the privilege of hitting the gong to announce the purchase of our new car! He LOVED it!!
I noticed a SUV on their website. I went down on a Mon morning to check it out & was apprehensive since this was my first Chevrolet purchase. Bobbi Blackburn took me out for a drive & put me at ease. I had other appointments that day so I left her my info & all the work everyone dreads at a car lot was done by that evening and papers ready to sign. They also worked to get me a great interest rate to help my credit score. I would recommend Bobbi & Volunteer Chevrolet to anyone!
I have traded and bought several cars in my lifetime with varying experiences with sales people but my experience with Anthony and Mark was far beyond anything I have dealt with in the past. I have never seen two guys work so hard to get me into a nice used vehicle. In my opinion, Anthony and Mark went far far beyond the making sure I was taken care of. I could go on all day about their determination but in a nutshell--these guys were 3 levels above "awesome."
Shopping for a vehicle has always been a long, drawn out and frustrating experience that my husband and I always have dread in the past. This was not the case in the least with Tarr Chevrolet. Our experience was top notch! The staff is very friendly and non pressuring. The entire buying process was amazingly expedient. They also were very quick in fulfilling their end of an agreement by ordering the item and having it on our new vehicle within 2 two days of purchase of the vehicle. Doing business with Tarr Chevrolet was a great experience and we highly recommend them to anyone in search for a vehicle.

We called up to ask for a bumper sticker, as one of our friend’s last name is Tarr, and he owns a Chevy.. We thought it’d be a silly gift.

I bought my Kia over a year ago and have been so happy with the services received from Rusty Wallace Kia in Morristown! The buying process was so easy and they worked with me in getting me a new Kia Forte at a reasonable price and ever since I have felt glad to be a part of the Kia family. They provide excellent services for the upkeep of my car so well that I have had no issues of any kind with the car and it runs excellent. I bring it in for regular service and they treat me very well. They are polite, friendly and the car's maintenance is handled efficiently, promptly and they are friendly all through the process. The waiting area is very well furnished with fresh coffee, snacks, reading materials and free wi-fi and two internet stations.
Was very pleased with service & hospitality I received. After talking with my salesperson I found out that for the time being they do not have a detail person but they have tried to get their employer to hire someone for that position. So there was no one there to really clean up any used/new vehicles they receive so unfortunately I found previous owners leftovers & small items of food & trash under/in between seats. My salesperson greatly apologized for the inconvenience
