Beautiful facility, shows great promise and still head and shoulders above the other local Jeep dealership (Galeana) but 6 contacts and an about hour to only schedule the appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and them to see if something qualifies for a warranty issue.... unacceptable. No appointments available for at least two weeks out and no way to confirm appointment time online or even by phoning the dealership directly. They can???t even tell you who your service advisor is... once I arrived I found I didn???t even need an appointment after all because they dont handle that type of warranty work for Mopar Service Plans. I have to call Chrysler direct to schedule. Service advisor seemed nice enough but not very knowledgeable and pretty stressed. They???re new so I???ll cut some slack, but guessing management needs to do some better training. Still not sure about why it took 6 contacts to schedule an appointment.. there must have been 15 girls in a bullpen area that handle scheduling who were seemingly just sitting around and chatting. Not great, but not as awful as Galeana. Will give them a second chance and re-review.

We bought a used Toyota from starling yesterday . Everyone was nice , professional ,helpful and knowledgeable. We went to two different dealerships before starling and it was horrible . Starling was wonderful they made buying a car an enjoyable process. They were so organized I was able to drive my new car home the same day .I would recommend them highly.
Excellent service rep and service quality. Service was a 12,000 mile review. Very nice that GM paid for the oil change as part of my purchase agreement. Highly recommend to keep this with new vehicles for first couple of years.
Everyone was very courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable. The lady assisting me at the desk initially answered all my questions. The waiting room was a very comfortable place to be while waiting on the car.
I lost my '95 purple Corvette to hurricane Irma. After moving to Lee County I saw this beautiful '95 Candy Apple red '95 Corvette on their website with low mileage and Ray Matthews explained the history of this car and got me the Car-Fax on it. I made an offer and the manager countered with a great deal. Everyone there was so friendly and when I got home I got a call asking me how my experience there was. As a double Purple Heart veteran, I miss my purple Vette but I love this red Corvette. I hope to go back there one day and but one of those Buick SUV's. Ray also got me in and out and on my way pretty quickly. Larry also helped get me on my way

To Mark-Service Manager: Prior to the oil change on May 31,I tried to explain the "windshield"problem,best described as a grey plaid covering the full windshield driving at night in the rain.The visibility is next to zero-an accident waiting to happen.VERY SERIOUS! The detailer used cleanser and steel wool to clean the windshield-this did not solve the problem. I adjusted the thermostat temp,but that did not help either. Ray was extremely patient explaining in detail the information we were looking for about the potential purchase but also lease options. The process was very smooth and pleasant. We new what we wanted and went to 3 Buick dealerships. Ray Matthews worked with us in an informative low pressure style. Because of Ray we decided on Dixie. We also dealt with Paul Hamm, Frank Gazzarli and the service department (I had a special request re disconnect battery while in storage). Excellent and warm service all around.
Found the 2012 Toyota Highlander on a Cars.com search. Contacted the dealer and was responded to immediately. Arrived at the dealership and was met immediately and shown the car which was as described. It was immaculate and dealer had mounted new tires and new brakes. Jesse completed the sales process in an efficient and thorough manner, making sure our questions were addressed. The finance dept. arranged the financing rapidly through our credit union online. The whole process took about 3 hours including test drive. So far I am very pleased with the vehicle and very pleased with the treatment we received at Scanlon Acura.
